Fatalna obsługa, próba naciągnięcia na zakup nowego pilota
Fatalna obsługa. Wyslałem pilot do naprawy, po trzech tygodniach ciszy napisalem maila. Zero odpowiedzi. Po miesiącu na czacie dowiedzialem się, że technik stwierdził brak możliwości naprawy - pilot zalany przez baterie. Nigdy nic takiego nie miało miejsca. Zaproponowano mi nowy pilot, nie zgodzilem się i poprosiłem o zwrot mojego. Mineło 10 dni i nic. Znowu brak odpowiedzi na maila. Na czacie ten sam tekst: uszkodzony brak mozliwości naprawy propozycja nowego. Nadmienię, że w pilocie był do wymiany jeden przycisk który nie dzialał-nie klikał prawdopodobnie wypadla blaszka sprężysta i drugi przycisk do czyszczenia lub wymiany - raz na dziesięć przyciśnięć nie odpowiadał. Po prostu próbowano mnie naciągnąć na zakup nowego pilota jednoczesnie bez zwrotu mojego.

Ho acquistato un telecomando
Ho acquistato un telecomando, specificando marca e modello per il quale mi serviva,alla consegna ho preso atto che lo stesso non funzionava, successivamente ho contestato per iscritto il non funzionamento, alla quale hanno risposto di fare delle verifiche, comunicando per iscritto di averle eseguite.
Risultato finale, telecomando pagato, non funzionante, non avendo più da parte loro più nessuna comunicazione in merito.

Also very good experience with this company. We ordered a remote control for a caravan mover. The item was shipped very quickly. But when we found out that the nover battery was dead the rc was useless. The company suggested that we send it back. Got all our Money back🙏 what great service. Compliment to Helena for all the help

Purchased a blind remote that was faulty
Purchased a blind remote that was delivered in a package not sealed and faulty. Have tried multiple times by email and website with no decent reply just advice to get working. Stated in original email that tried everything and even showed pictures of existing and new with frequency. They even asked what frequency and had to reply again. They now don’t answer emails and we have lodged a dispute with PayPal. I don’t recommend this company
The reply from the blind company is ordinary, the quality of knowledge and timing off replies is very average to at the least. I shed about the 30 day refund policy to return the control and no answer. Definitely have no faith or trust in this company

Excellent service
My order was processed very quickly and despatched the next day, my only gripe was that as I chose the cheapest shipping option it took 2 weeks to arrive in the UK, however I chose the least expensive option, perhaps I should have paid a bit more for a quicker service which was available...not the fault of the shipper however.
The first unit I got had a fault and a replacement was sent straight away without questions very happy to recommend this seller.

In my 30 years in sales I have not had such a great experience. Helena has helped me initially.
I have difficulties to program 2 channels, the problem is on my side, disconnecting the second motor
on my awning.
What really impressed me, Helena got in touch with me again to see if my problem was solved.
First contact in the chatroom, then via mail. friendly, helpful, patient, thank you Helena.
A lot of companies should come to you for training to show people what good service is all about.
I might have to come back to Helena, in case I have further questions.

J'ai acheté une télécommande soit disant identique à l'originale, Samsung AH59-02144L qui commande ma télé et mon home cinéma, mais la télécommande reçu ne commande que le home cinéma. Après plusieurs échange chat j'attendais une réponse par mail d'un technicien mais rien, je n'ai aucune réponse.
