Glen was excellent in all respects, efficient, tidy, knowledgeable, with a day's cameo from Joe to get the job completed on time. Very pleased with the outcomes

Paul and Joe were very tidy and professional. They removed an old boiler/cylinder tank from the flat and replaced with a combi boiler. Always on time, very polite and all work explained with minimal disruption.
I would definitely recommend your company and would not hesitate to contact you again for future work.

We love our new bathroom, thank you to Simon, Pete, Steve, Dave, Nick and Chris who carried out the work. They worked really hard, got the work done quickly and went above and beyond. Thanks again guys, much appreciated, you did a fantastic job.

Never would we recommend this company a total shambles flooded our lounge, slanting radiator ordered floor level shower tray they fitted one with step, would not put this right had to claim from our own insurance for water damage failed to supply certificates for electrical work carried out, failed to provide guarantees and paper copy receipt for payment. owner was rude and was asked to leave our house.

I would highly recommend Rudkin and Herbert to anyone wanting a new boiler and hot water cylinder installing. The quotation given was competitive, fully detailed and was easy to understand. Talking to the office staff was easy and effective. The job was started exactly on time and the staff worked very hard to complete the job to a very high standard with very little mess.
Jason was very good explaining everything and he took care with final checks ensuring when the job was complete that I was fully satisfied. Thanks Rudkin and Herbert for a job well done.

My elderly Mum needed her bathroom upgrading and, as I live 120 miles away, I was worried it might be a very difficult process. R&H provided a very comprehensive, timely & competitive quote. Rob then popped round the week before the work started and went through all the details including last minute changes, all of which which were handled perfectly. Rob, Simon & Nick then arrived right on time and spent 10 days in the house; Mum loved having them around and is writing a letter of thanks to Mr Herbert. By this stage I felt I could trust Rob so much I asked him to make any other changes he felt necessary during the work. Throughout all of this Rachel, Dianne & Tracey in the office responded to all my calls & emails within minutes and could not have been more helpful. Mum is SO happy with her new bathroom. Great price, great work, lovely people - what more could you want? And no, this isn't a fake review!

Excellent service fast and efficient. Thanks a lot Paul and Ellis for making my house warm again. I will definitely recommend the company to my friends. Everything was on time. Even if English is not my first language Paul make me to understand how the boiler and the wave thermostat is working. Everywhere they left clean and tidy!

Before contacting Rudkin & Herbert I received quotes from 2 companies (one boiler online).
I’m glad I chose Rudkin & Herbert. It was the smoothest operation possible. From the time they responded to my request for a quote to finally fitting a new Worcester Bosch combi boiler. Excellent service fast and efficient.
The job quote, which not only gave the total price but detailed individual price breakdown and labour costs, was transparent and really appreciated.
On the telephone and by email, the office staff were prompt in response, efficient and knowledgeable. They - and Paul, the fitter are an asset to the company.
Paul was well informed about the product, he worked tirelessly throughout the day to get the job done. He explained everything patiently, answered my questions and ensured I understood the boiler thermostat and settings before he left. He was a pleasure to have in my home, I cannot fault his cheerful presence and workmanship.
I would thoroughly recommend this company and would not hesitate to use them again should I have need of any other related work.

As a family, we are incredibly pleased with all aspects of work undertaken by Rudkin & Herbert with regards to the fitting of a disabled shower room to help support our disabled son. From the moment the first worker walked through the front door, and the work got underway, the one thing that stood out the most was Rudkin & Herbert's worker's professionalism, and this continued throughout the job until finished. Each worker would turn up as promised each morning, work hard through till 4 or 5, we could even trust all workers with a key to let themselves in to do work and then lock up in the evenings when we were all out.

The finished fully fitted disabled shower room is fantastic, 10 out of 10 for the service given by Rudkin & Herbert and for the finished product. We as a family would highly recommend Rudkin & Herbert; we are so happy that they were selected to undertake the work. A big thank you to all involved in the fitting of the shower room; it has helped our son move forward massively.

Second time I have used this company to install a combi-boiler and this time I had an extra radiator as well. The quote was competitive and they turned up when they said they would. No mess at all, the installer was excellent and worked well - my wife even enjoyed his singing! Although I would always recommend getting more that one quote for any major job on this occasion I would have used Rudkin & Herbert even if they were more expensive (they weren't)!

Highly recommended and nice people as well. What are you waiting for, give them a ring - you won't regret it :-)

Excellent company. They were quick to schedule a visit for a quote. Gave us a complete breakdown of costs for what we wanted, and price matched another quote. Everyone involved was friendly and helpful. The job took 2 days to complete and we were given clear instructions on how the new boiler worked and how to operate the new thermostat. All mess was cleared at the end of each day, with carpet protectors in place throughout. Very friendly and professional. Would definitely use them again.
