Great pick up and drop off, paid extra for indoor parking. But when I did return I inspected my truck noticed change on the floor and my tool box had been opened. The only reason I do know is because with the key it's easy to open but when locking it there is a process to lock it. So it was left open with my electric tool boxes open. Lesson learned don't leave change or extra keys.

Friendly and efficient. Expensive but it’s California.

I easily make a reservation online and when I pull in it takes 2 seconds to register. There is always someone there to put you bags on the bus and enough time to grab one of the complimentary coffee and doughnut. When we come back the bus shows up in minutes after our call to the office and our car is in front with all the completed paperwork. What else can you ask for?

We dropped our car and a shuttle was waiting to take us to
the airport. When we returned the shuttle met us within
a couple of minutes and our car was waiting for us.

DO NOT PARK HERE. One of their senior " beloved staff" with an ego problem deliberately vandalised my car. He was unhappy because I was reluctant to leave my only key behind. He made several snide remarks when I checked in. My passenger side mirror was deliberately broken and somehow patched up not to show till I got onto the freeway and the wind dismantled it.. There were no scratch marks to indicate an accident. The body shop verified it was not an accident but a deliberate break by a pair of strong hands. He must be a pro at vandalusm

Always reliable and quick

We have an account but the last two times, we had to go into the office. It is because the person taking our car did NOT put down our account info even though we showed him. I would have given a "5"
star if I could have gotten off the bus and gone straight to the car! Overall, great service!

Have used SkyPark for many years. Always convenient, courteous, and fast. Attendants and shuttle drivers are quick to help and polite. The price is right, too!

We have better service at SkyPark. Had to call dispatch twice to get a van for pickup. Waited over 20 minutes.

Although Skypark does a pretty good job, the last couple of times I've gotten my Porsche back it has been exceptionally dirty / Dusty on the outside. Indoor or outdoor does not seem to matter.

Generally SkyPark offers great service and is very predictable as far as convenience and availability. The only reason I can't rate 5 stars is that some of the drivers are awful. The suspension in the vans is bad enough, we don't need fast starts, hard braking, and jerky driving.

Our car was well taken care of and we were transported to and from the airport safely!
