Sorry to say this but your service recently been terrible. Waiting over 3 weeks to get an appointment for Diagnostic test to be carried out for glow plug warning sign which I can understand you are busy.

When I bought the car in on the 25th February advised that there was a recall and software needed to be updated on Engine control unit.

The car was there for 4 days everyday I used to call to get update on what was happening but never had a call back. Also you had no courtesy car available frustrated I picked the car up after 4 days and was told you could not find any fault with it as it might be do with recall on the software issue, but however if the glow plug signs appear again to ring back.

As I got nearer to home the glow plug flashing signed appeared again and speed would not pick up on the car so I called back and tried to explain but kept transferring from one department to another then I asked for Lucy as she was dealing with it and was advised Lucy will call back, never received call back so I called again and was told Lucy was busy again with a customer and will call back but no call back.

Knowing you close at 6pm so I called again just before 6pm waiting 20 minutes but no answer I had to disconnect the call as it was 6.15pm.

MOT 2-3 hours at Audi Wolverhampton,seriously ?

Audi Halesowen and other garages 45min-1hour.

Never again

Awful. Only seem to care about servicing on cars which are so expensive but couldn't care less about recalls

Went for a prearranged test drive of Q6 etron on 31/01/25 at 2pm only to be told that the car was not available when I arrived at the dealership.
Pretty poor customer service as they could have telephoned me to update that the car was not available.
Will go to another Audi dealer instead.
Wasted my time as I had to book time off work.

Swift. No fuss. Helpful. Organised.

Disgustingly expensive, went for a service and was told I needed new brake pads… They quoted me three times the price of any other garage nearly £900…. Makes me not want to lease an Audi anymore.

I attended Stratstone Audi for a small piece of work to be complete, Victoria did an amazing job of looking after me as I needed to attend some conference calls, she arranged hot drinks and a comfortable place to sit – she was great, a credit to this dealership

From start to finish the experience was outstanding. The interaction with the staff that always go above and beyond to make the process stress free. Wolverhampton Audi after sales team always take the stress out of stressful situations well done to the team.

I told Audi that why don’t you guys changed the other belt on the engine while you also changing the Timing belt & iv got a Engine light come on every time I switch my engine on , not happy at all the with main dealers of Audi

My car was in for a recall repair that was done very quickly and to the schedule tine i had asked

Almost impossible to book the car in for repairs. Both phone messages as well as enquiries online were not replied to over a period of 6 weeks.

The work once it went in was only half done and requires a further trip. Frankly depressed at the prospect having try and get it booked.

The person at the very end of the process when picking it up seemed better, but equally didn't actually make anything happen. Should have been "right when can I/someone call to book and get this finished off". We were going to be sent the video of the further work needed doing - never turned up.

Overall a rubbish experience. If you can't get a car serviced and maintained then not much point buying it. This group now has a relative local monopoly on Audi given its other garages across the midlands. Likely look at another marque for the next purchase.

Wouldn't recommend unless you have to. Stafford Audi isn't Stratstone and may be a better bet, although haven't tried as quite far for us, but couldn't be worse.

Dealt with straight away and made comfortable from arrival to departure.
