I've previously bought from SubbyTech and not only are their products market leaders in terms of quality and testing. The exlompary customer service by CEO Paul McCaw proves 100% that his number one drive is quality products and first class customer service. I'll never buy tech from anywhere else 💯%

The level of communication from Subbytech and Paul was really nice to see and when a potential issue arose he was answering emails late into the evening to help me out. Will definitely be ordering some more items shortly.

Excellent products and service

The products (Fast charger and cable) were delivered rapidly and charged my phone from empty to 100% in less than half an hour.

This is my third purchase from subbytech. Really easy ordering and great products. The super fast phone chargers are brilliant! I've bought more as Christmas presents. I think my next purchase will be a powerbank.

Paul personally answered all my queries and recommended exactly the correct chargers for my appliances. He even refunded me a partial payment that I was unaware of. The products themselves are just perfect and customer service from the company is second to none. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Excellent customer service

Paul at SubbyTech is great. I purchased one of the 65w chargers which arrived promptly - there was an issue which Paul responded to quickly and in an understanding manner. The issue was resolved and I couldn’t be happier with the performance of the charger.

We had previously purchased the wireless EarPods which my wife has since replaced her previous Bose ones with. They’re on par, if not better than, Apple’s own.

Highly recommend Paul and SubbyTech to anyone.
