Simply The Best Sytner Sunningdale Service
Today my new Mini had it's first service at Sytner Sunningdale.
I arrived a little earlier than my scheduled appointment at 11am and received a warm welcome from Reception.
My vehicle was to be serviced whilst I waited. The Branch was very clean and spacious with plenty of places to sit, whether it be at a table on on a comfy sofa. I wanted to work and use my laptop, so sat at one of the tables and enjoyed access to free WiFi. There was a customer refreshment area offering free drinks to customers.
Mark Jackson was my contact there and I have to say how impressed I was with the professionalism displayed by Mark and the team are at Sytner Sunningdale.
Mark was very polite, courteous and extremely customer focused. Never change and keep working your magic as from a customers perspective you're doing an amazing job. First class all the way.

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service provided by Bailey Black, he listened to our requirements gave us plenty of time to view and test drive two vehicles. When collecting the vehicle he was very professional and friendly. Would highly recommend Sytner Sunningdale and Bailey Black.

I found the whole purchasing experience with Sytner Sunningdale to be one of the most professional and stress-free experiences ever. Rabia was supremely helpful and went out of her way to keep us informed throughout the entire process. Extremely professional from start to finish and a real credit to the company. I would definitely recommend Sytner Sunningdale to anyone who is looking for a new car.

Sytner Sunningdale MINI was extremely attentive and responsive, even on the last working day of the year. There was a MINI that was yet to have photos listed as it had just come in. However they sent me a video and answered my questions and in the space of an afternoon I had bought the car. The service given when picking up the car was excellent and I felt their pricing was fair. I had experienced other MINI franchises and this was a cut above the rest.
