Our whole experience at Sytner Sunningdale MINI was amazing, from start to finish. Big thanks to Sam and Ross for their help throughout the whole process. They found us the perfect car with all the features we were after. On collection Sam surprised us with happy birthday balloons and a special reveal of the car, this was massively appreciated. Would highly recommend.

Nicole and her colleagues were very friendly and took great care to make the experience enjoyable. There was a small hiccup with some paperwork but recovered very well! My daughter has now bought a mini with Sytner Sunningdale!

Great service. Tom was friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and actually sold me a completely different car to the one I went to buy. He also found my perfect car in stock as someone had cancelled last minute. I probably had the only new car available in the country.

It was time to upgrade my Mini Cooper. I was contacted by Tom who invited me in to look at options. As I’d been served by him before I trusted what he said and never felt under any pressure to to change my car. In the end after ordering my new car Tom informed me that a manual transmission option was unavailable due to it being made in Ukraine so I opted for an automatic. All in all it was a very good experience and I felt in safe hands.

So helpful and great communication throughout

I spent a week test driving various different cars (Japanese/German/British). Final meeting was with Sytner Sunningdale MINI. Met with TJ (Costis) who was warm, friendly and patient. Answered my many and varied questions so I could 'compare and contrast'.

After he took me on a test drive in the Mini 5-door Hatchback Classic, it just felt right. I took the weekend to consider but if I'm being honest, as long as the 'negotiations' went well I was already swaying towards the Mini. Negotiations did go well (thank you Adrian).

The deal done and finalised, TJ continued to liaise with me to ensure I got my new Mini as quickly as possible.

The after-sales communication continues and I've been driving my new Mini for a week now. It's nippy and feels quite spacious inside.

From the moment you step in the door you know this is going to be a good experience. The offer of coffee/ tea and the friendliness of staff is incredibly reassuring and welcome, especially when you are making such an important investment.
We knew what we wanted but still needed to talk through the purchase and choice of car. We were also switching to electric.

James was our salesman and expert. He guided us through the whole process and answered all our questions even the very basic ones that might have been ignored or laughed at. At no point did James rush us or push us into a decision we might have regretted. His manner and knowledge really impressed me. Throughout the whole process from purchase to pick up, James kept us informed and it was much appreciated. I cannot praise James and the finance staff enough. They have been brilliant. A final word goes to TJ who we met this week whilst picking up our aerial. He couldn’t do enough for us and after kerbing my lovely new car, he reassured me that the tyre was fine and even touched up the tiny scrape. The car is as good as new again! One very happy customer. Thank-you James and Sytner.

My experience with synter was ok. TJ costis was a very helpful sales man but it was the preparation of the car when I picked it up which was not very good. It was disgusting and dirty inside the car looked like it hasn’t been cleaned. There was a few marks on the car which I thought they could of sorted for me which previous mini garages that I brought a car from done the marks and scratches for me.
