After finding them on a comparison site I felt that I needed to speak to a real person so made a phone call.
The lovely friendly voice of Daisy put me at ease and gave me the confidence to ask them to deal with the sale of my retirement flat. So glad that I did, not only did it save me an awful lot of money, but Anthony Briggs who took my case, guided me effortlessly through the sale. My experience when selling my house to a buyer who needed a mortgage was not so good as it took much too long to reach exchange of contracts and only happened 2 days prior to the complation date which has admittedly been the projected date . But I stress that the delay had nothing to do with Simi who I liaised with during the process and all to do with what appeared to be dilatory conduct of the buyer's solicitor asking really silly questions and not bothering to read my replies on the form TA10 ( wry smile ) . Simi always was polite and helpful and chased the other side often to try and reach the objective

What started as a straight forward sale became extremely Complicated. Thanks to the persistence and dedication of the Conveyancing Department we arrived at completion with our heartfelt thanks.
