The conveyancing of the sale of my flat was done by T G Collins and I was impressed by the efficient and professional way they completed the sale. In particular, Nitu provided a very friendly and professional service,keeping me up to date on all matters where necessary.

Competent, efficient and polite. What more could anyone ask? Oh yes, competitive and reasonable on price. A special thanks to Simi who was my contact throughout the process which extended over eight months - through the fault of the buyers that came and went. So one can add patience to the list of virtues!

Anthony was absolutely fantastic with the sale of our property. The whole process was smooth from start to finish. Nitu was excellent in managing the sale of our property, super responsive to emails, normally same day. I can only say this was the best experience I’ve had when using a solicitor. The fees were also more than reasonable given our sale dragged on for more than a year.

TG Collins completed the house conveyancing for me. Timely (almost instant!) replies to any questions, very friendly and nothing appears to be too much trouble...

..just to make it even better, the Fees were VERY competitive, and with no hidden extras.

Grace gave so much of her time and patience above what would normally be required. A very good listener and communicator, enabling us to clearly understand our options and simplify legal jargon into understandable bite sizes. She guided our family through a very complicated process (due to our circumstances) completing all paperwork promptly without any fuss.
