Buying a house is not exactly something you do everyday, so having clear, approachable, contact with The New Homes Group was very reassuring. I really appreciated the clear, professional and friendly assistance of Sales Executive Lucy Free, who guided me through the initial stages of my house purchase plans most efficiently.

I dealt with Lucy. She made the whole process so smooth and had excellent communication.

Chloe was amazing however the stress of dealing with persimmon homes is not for the weak. I was left with large furniture still to remove myself a fridge full of rotten meat for 4 months to contend with and no support from them or meeting in the middle

Had a really good experience when my mother experienced electrical problems in the house that has already been bought and she's waiting to move out of. Whilst a stressful situation for all of us, Ian provided reassurance and kept in touch throughout the process of finding an electrician to quickly fix the problem and make sure that my mother can continue living in the house. He quickly responded to emails and phone calls and made me trust that he would resolve the issue. I'm very grateful for his help.

I am about a third of the way through my selling and buying process and it has been some years since I last did this. This company are making the process so easy and are very efficient, professional and still manage to have a friendly demeanour with some very good advice so they are obviously well trained. Very pleased so far.

Initially I wondered what company I was dealing with as Georgia Rolfe, athough professional and does know her job inside out and is keen to get on, was rather process driven and more interested for the home company rather than me the buyer. I think she forgets she is dealing with people. Once my case for first time purchase was passed over to Andrew Iaonnou, it went really well. He was so personable and in touch regularly. He was so prompt in answering any calls, emails and no question was too daft. He explained the process and helped to ease any worries or concerns. He was really good.

To date we cannot praise The New Homes Group and more specifically Paige Bronson (Senior Sales Executive) highly enough. Paige has been our key contact from our initial enquiry about the property to agreeing an offer, accepting terms and instructing solicitors. Paige provided solicitor recommendations who understand the part-exchange process with the New Homes Group to ensure a speedy expedition. She is the ultimate professional, polite, efficient and thorough with her communication. Thank you for all your help Paige.

Having had contact with New Homes through a property purchase being a first time buyer buying mine and my purchase being the end of a chain, I thought it would be a straightforward event.
How wrong was I, my buyer holding up the process for many weeks.
Lucky for me I was dealing with Ian Stainer and Andrew at New Homes who made the problems easier. I was kept informed by them all the way through the process with constant updates and information.
In fact they became my main source of information as to the progression.
If they are the forward face of New Homes then New Homes are very lucky to have such professional and understanding people in their employment.

This was a very good experience, the 2 staff I dealt with at tnhg were both excellent communicators and response times to emails were excellent, within an hour or often less than that.
Moreover I felt the staff were acting on my behalf. Georgina and then Harry were both a pleasure to speak to and their professional yet welcoming approach was most reassuring. As delays were experienced towards the end of the process I know that Harry was chasing hard and he was instrumental in getting the deal over the line. So, great work, from one very satisfied customer 👏
