My home buying experience was far from easy, due to a number of factors out of my control. If it was not for the guidance and support of Hayley English I think I may not be sitting in my nice new home now. I felt that she was going above and beyond to help me understand the process and her communication was brilliant. I really cannot thank you enough Hayley 😊 would recommend highly.

We were dubious about New Homes Group involvement in our house purchase, but have been pleasantly surprised by how helpful and efficient they have been. Lucy Free contacted us as soon as we put in an offer on the property and made sure everything was in place for a smooth property purchase.

My property purchase has involved the New Homes Group as I am buying a flat that is being part-exchanged. My experience has been very positive - my case was passed to Paige from the company and she was been very responsive and proactive in moving it all forwards. The process thus far has been very simple thanks to her work.

We are waiting to move into a new home. The whole procedure of buying and selling was made much easier for us by Harry Stoner who was our representative from The New Homes Group. He liaised with everyone who had a part to play in the process and communicated regularly with us to ensure we were kept fully informed and aware of progress or lack of it.
