He was very friendly , polite and listened to my queries snd suggestions and sorted out the final problen which really helped to complete the sale . At first when making an offer on our property, we dealt with Lisa Marie who was great and then after our offer got accepted, we got passed onto Chloe who has been outstanding. Any silly question or query we had, as it’s our first time buying a house, she answered with no judgement, only support. I could not recommend Chloe any more. My experience with new homes group so far has been excellent! Emma wright was the lady who dealt with our negotiation process and she was very professional and explained everything very clearly. She was also very quick with the negotiation and didn’t leave us hanging around her communication between us and the seller was very fast which is a very nerve wracking time!
