Despite the challenges surrounding the owners’ uncertainty about selling the property and the subsequent negotiations over offers, Harrison has consistently kept me informed and up to date. He has always been responsive, returning my calls promptly whenever requested and ensuring I was never left wondering what was happening.

Although the final outcome was not necessarily in my favour, Harrison remained professional, helpful, and supportive throughout the entire process. His communication was always clear, concise, and timely, and he provided updates at the earliest opportunity. His commitment to keeping me informed and his approachable manner made what could have been a frustrating experience much easier to navigate.

I am very pleased with the service provided by Ellie Cooper during the initial stages of our property purchase. From the moment our offer was submitted, she was incredibly quick to respond and acted as an efficient, centralized point of contact. She did an excellent job managing the initial admin, guiding us smoothly through the Credas ID checks, and promptly gathering detailed answers from the vendor regarding our specific questions about the property's outdoor office and fittings. When we finalized our solicitor choice and were ready to move forward, Ellie coordinated efficiently with the sales progression teams to ensure our memorandum of sale was issued on the exact same day. While the purchase is still progressing through the solicitors and we haven't fully completed yet, we really appreciate her speed, responsiveness, and clear communication in getting the sale moving quickly
