We come into three to add another WiFi box on our account and ended up transferring our SIM card onto three ! We had so much help and very happy with our experience

Od pierwszej chwili czułam się mile widziana i potraktowana z prawdziwą troską. Takie podejście naprawdę robi różnicę i sprawia,że chce się wracać. Dziękuję z całego serca za tak piękną

Skorzystałam już z trzech ofert przygotowanych przez Michala i z pełnym przekonaniem mogę go godnie polecić. Profesjonalizm,rzetelność i podejście do klienta są naprawdę na najwyższym poziomie.
Michal w idealny sposób potrafi dotrzeć do klienta jeśli coś jest niejasne,wszystko świetnie i cierpliwie tłumaczy,co w dzisiejszych czasach jest prawdziwą rzadkością.
Wychodzi się z uśmiechem na twarzy,mając pełną wiedzę i jasność co do tego,co jest oferowane.

Great customer service from Michal!!!
I purchased today a new mobile phone from the shop in Cambridge. I am always dreading changing my mobile device as I am aware how tedious setting up a new device could be. Michal has been great from the first moment he approached us. His knowledge is soo vast and helped tremendously to set up my new phone. He was very patient and calm, went above and beyond everyone else I have met before in any Three branch so far!!! He is a great employer and the branch in Grand Arcade is very lucky to have him! I take this opportunity to thank him again for all his help and support today! I wish him all the best!

I visited the THREE service center on January 20, 2026, and I was very pleased to meet Michal. I could count on a conversation in Polish, without stress or a language barrier. A professional conversation in a pleasant, friendly atmosphere. A very professional service, a phone tailored to my needs. I asked about my needs and the scope of tasks the phone model should fulfill. Professional advice, a clear offer, and comprehensive assistance in using my newly purchased phone.
