I got excellent service. Shiba was very patient..explained everything in a way I got understand. Would recommend 3 to everyone!

Stacy was a great help
Stacy was a great help, showing me all the different plans and helping me decide which phone was the best for me. Truly lovely, all the staff were. Highly recommend this store.

Problem solved
Amazing! After being hit by fraud and getting no where on the phone Jake, G and his the rest of the team in the Cambridge branch went above and beyond to rectify! Great service!

Hao was very helpful
Hao was very helpful. She explained options details prices and considerations. She was knowledgeable and friendly and understanding of an older persons interface with technology. Very good.

Hao is very supportive and professional who helped me when I visited Three shop on Cambridge Grand Arcade to sort out my phone’s problem with the SIM card and offered the best new contact deals with Three. thank you very much I will bring all my family to Three soon!

Excellent Customer Sevice
Jake, the Manager was so helpful - when the Apple Store weren't! I had no battery left and had some orders to collect and a return to make - which of course I needed a charged up phone for! He made sure that I got charged and was so kind to us even though I'm not a 3 customer). Thank you so much!
