The customer advisor
The customer advisor, Samuel (Sam), was extremely helpful and provided a wealth of information about the phones and contract options. He was also very friendly and approachable.

Farhan in the Tunbridge wells branch was excellent, he helped me and my fiancé with ESIMs for our holiday and got me a much better deal where I get more and pay less, he made the experience stress free and I would recommend him as a model employee
