I highly recomand this agency.Because their registration process is very quick and easy not like other agencies.Specially Jennifer Weale and Heather Simpson are fantastic.Jennifer always appreciate my work and encouraging me.It helps me to do my work more effectively.I can say without hesitation this is the best agency I have worked with.

my biggest concern was working for chole. once tradewind realised that I couldn't commit full time (due to studies); which were authorised and approved by both parties (place of work and tradewind recruitment) caused a major shift. extremely unprofessional to potentially stop me from working only for her personal gain

I have worked for Tradewind for the past 2 years and would definitely recommend this agency to be employed by. I have recently left to follow a different career path, however, my time at Tradewind has been a great experience and I have loved it. I started off on T.A work and then went on to be supply, and Elliot (my agent) was nothing but supportive of me during my whole two years. He ensured that I was happy, comfortable and enjoying the schools that I was sent out to work at. Elliot always stayed in contact with me to again make sure I was okay and make sure I had no problems. When i first started with the agency, I wasn’t sure how confident I would be working in a classroom setting, however through Elliots support and having experience in many different schools, my confidence grew and joining the agency was the best decision I have made. Tradewinds recruitment Cardiff, Huge thanks to Linzi and Ffion for their efficiency, encouragement and communications. Applied to an advert on Friday 14th April, they responded first thing Monday 17th April, and after completing the registration, I have been given a trail appointment with a school starting week of 24th April.
