Applied to an advert on Friday 14th April, they responded first thing Monday 17th April, and after completing the registration, I have been given a trail appointment with a school starting week of 24th April. Fingers crossed, this will be the next step for me moving forward. Great team and thanks for the support.

Tradewind Recruitment is a great Education agency based in Liverpool. Two weeks ago about 4pm on a Friday I came across an advert for a temporary part time teaching position, and within minutes of sending an email to enquire about the job I received a call from Lizzie. How efficient! Lizzie is incredibly motivated and clearly very driven in her role, and I must say a great assest to the company. After a chat with Lizzie she sent an email to get me started with the registration. I have to say the registration proccess was very smooth and efficient. I particularly liked the fact that you can upload your documents through a portal rather than email. As the documents were sent electronically I was able to have a telephone interview with Beth on the Monday morning, who again was very polite, friendly and very professional. What a great team. Thanks to Lizzie and Beth's efficiency I will now be starting my new role after Easter.

Christina and the team at tradewind have been absolutely amazing with me from day one to now the support they give you is unreal I would 100% recommend this is the the best agency to go with. Christina deserves a bonus she has gone above and beyond for me.

If I could rate 0 stars I would absolutely dreadful experience . Brilliant setting you up but then job matching is awful emails are blanked and they can’t be bothered to contact you when they say they will… think they need to realise they won’t have jobs if they continue to treat people that way. No wonder there is such little staff when companies like this is are behind recruitment, who would want to work for a company that can’t be bothered to reply to emails or call you back when they say they will. It’s disrespectful and rude way to treat people… communication is not difficult but it clearly is for this company… especially Joseph Yates and if anyone wants to question me on this I have the proof of emails I’ve sent that haven’t been replied too and phone calls I’ve made that haven’t been returned.. all it takes it 1 email to let me know what’s happening but he can’t be bothered to do that he’s rude and can’t wait to get you off the phone… anyways thanks for the rubbish experience I now have 2 job offers.. I would never recommend this company to anyone you are chucked in the deep end with no help whatsoever from them.. one night I had to email at 20.00 to find out if I was even working the next day.

Ive had a really good experience with Tradewind and especially Nikki Joyce. She has been so helpful and informative. Always at the end of a number if I need her and always checks in with me to make sure I'm ok and the work is still good

Tradewind are an excellent education agency. The enrolment process was nice and simple and as soon as my references came through both Meghan and Dominic were looking for roles for me and they offered me a short term placement in Loughborough which I absolutely loved. Working with the reception class really boosted all my confidence and I could demonstrate all my knowledge that I learnt in my course and my student placement in the classroom. I thoroughly enjoyed my time in the school in Loughborough. After tradewind received positive feedback from Loughborough and saw my commitment they started to look for a long term position within Leicestershire for me and I was given a weeks work in Barwell which has now extended to long term position. The school in Barwell is an amazing school I have never enjoyed working with children as much as I do at Barwell. I feel very respected and part of the school family and the thing I like the most is no two days are the same. The children are lovely to work with and always happy to see me and talk with me. The deputy headteacher always tells me that she receives positive feedback about me everyday which really makes me proud of myself. It is an honour and privilege to be able to safeguard and support the children throughout the whole school along side supporting the staff as well.

I would never recommend this recruitment company to work with. Totally unreliable. Just wasting your time. I was supposed to have Zoom meeting (2nd time) and no reply or any link for the video meeting.

I work for a small care provider, we agreed costing with a member of the team, their manager was copied in. Everything seemed fine, they then invoiced us at a higher rate, when questioned they essentially decided to increase their fees. This resulted in them essentially demanding an extra £2 per hour plus VAT driving the overall cost up considerably. Very backhanded business techniques.

Set me up, false allegations were made against me, company manipulated factors like time and pay, lied about jobs I’m sent to and put me in a vulnerable position with very dangerous child abusers then manipulated legal factors against me, without informing me or giving me representation or voice, allowed time to pass before notifying me of anything (this goes against you in court) and company did not defend their staffs against bullying and gang attacks. This was absolutely a certain kind of bureaucratic attack by a person who knows how to manipulate professional factors

Wonderfull company to work for, the consultants are fully supportive of all their staff. I have worked with Tradewind on the wirral and liverpool, the consultants Gemma and Kirsty have always been available and fully invested in getting me work and supporting me through week to week supply staffing. I would highly recommend for anyone looking to work in the school sector to use this agency, with continual training opportunities and a plethora of schools available it is by far the best agency i've worked for.

Phoned me up to tell me he had a job for me...accept he didn't.
The job was totally mismatched for me. He hadn't even looked at my CV to see what I did or what experience I had.
