The parcel hasnât arrived
The parcel hasnât arrived. The delivery company, Evri, just continues to repeat the message that my parcel has been delayed and itâs impossible to get any further update.
Update: while the parcel still hasnât arrived due to a problem with the courier, the customer services at Universal Textiles has been very helpful and refunded my payment.

Hi Ray,
Sorry to hear Evri lost your parcel, we will feed this back to them. I can see you have asked for a refund for your order which we have already processed for you.
Again apology for the inconvenience this has caused.

Vorsicht Betrug

Sehr geehrte Frau Meyer,
