I ordered men's leather slippers and received a yellow rubber ball. PayPal has contacted them with no response

I got sent the wrong colour jacket at first and it’s taken a lot of emails to respond but now however they have resolved the problem in the best way possible. They have told me to keep the jacket plus they are sending me one of the colour I ordered.
As I’m a 69 year old pensioner this has made me very happy.

The order never arrived!
It was returned by customs to the UK, due to "lack of documentation" (for a pair of shoes??!!).
I kept waiting for 3 weeks, until it appeared "Delivered" on the tracking webpage!! Excuse me? Delivered to who?? It was returned!
And you send me an email asking if I'm happy with my order??

I ordered this set for my grandson. It is great quality at a very good price

I ordered the item on December 13 and I still didn't receive it or any update from the seller. I really disappointed that I purchased from this company. I emailed them more than 5 times but still not received any response from them. First and last time.

Chaussures commandés en taille 42 reçue en taille 43 .Plusieurs contact avec le service après vente qui me répète a chaque foi que les tailles 9UK et 43 sont identiques. il ont raison sauf que ma commande est pour une taille 42.
le SAV me propose un retour a mes frais(c'est eux qui font l'erreur et c'est moi qui paye les frais) génial

I haven’t recieved my parcel that was ordered on Wednesday 30th November!!!

The item took some time to be delivered and was probably as described but a bit disappointing -very thin material

This company seems to show a genuine interest in keeping the customer happy and I would purchase from them again

waited 2 weeks for my order had to continuously chase myself kept telling me to wait my son missed 2 football matches because his football boots still haven't arrived no one has replied to my last email have a strong mind to report this place to trading standards for fraud as the estimated delivery was extremely inaccurate not even a few days off but a whole week off and still waiting so longer - the courier they say they've used and sent me a link to check the status literally hasn't moved from we have your parcel and will let you know when ready to dispatch for over a week never will i order from this place ever again!!!
