Universal Textiles レビュー

Arrived on time, well packaged great store.

The ease of ordering on line, the speed of delivery of chosen item made the whole process a doddle for me.
Cannot input o/number to ID the case as haven’t kept it.
White fleece jacket is for my husband to use when playing bowls matches. He is very pleased with fit/quality of item.

Excellent Gloves, Fast Efficient service & Good Price. Thank You.

I ordered a UK size 12 when I'm normally a UK size 10 and there is a serious issue with the sizing of this item as its more like a UK size 6, UK size 8 at most. So, as well as paying for delivery, I've now also got to pay to return the item due to incorrect sizing. I wouldn't recommend and won't be reordering.

the shoes are exactly like the pic lovely and sturdy and a great fit very happy all round with my purchase

Guys, it’s been a month since my order I did not received it. Can’t reach you neither. Can you revert?

Dreadful policy regarding getting a refund!!! I returned the goods at least 3 weeks ago as all the items were too good! I got proof of postage, thank goodness, and since then until yesterday have been stalled at each request by me to issue the refund. First they wanted the receipt for proof of postage which I sent, and then they wanted a tracking no. which was NOT on the proof of postage, and so it went on and on!!! Eventually, yesterday, when I was thoroughly cheesed off, and said I would be writing a review with Trust Pilot they said they could issue the refund in 24 hours - as yet still to be seen to be believed!!! I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN!!! Steer clear, or you'll have palpatations like me!!

First I was a bit sceptical about ordering from this site as some reviews were negative.I suppose you get them everywhere.Jacket arrived in 8 working days from Belgium to Ireland. Its exactly what I have ordered.Highly recommend.A+++++Buy with confidence

Thank you for fast delivery and attentive service.

Great price, good communication and timely delivery.

Bought a trespass belula jacket which I loved but had to return as the sleeves were far too long for me.
United Textiles dispatched the jacket to me promptly and also refunded me promptly. I would recommend this firm and buy from them again without hesitation.

Easy to order.
Quick delivery
Excellent service

great price. fast delivery

I returned Item UTRW7465-2 on 30/01/23 for a refund of payment. I have queried via e-mail on 6/02/23 16/02/23 and also 13/03/23 . I contacted Evri who confirmed that my return had been collected and was in transit on 2/02/23. To date I have not recieved any confirmation or notifiction of the refund due to me. What is more annoying is the fact that my e-mail of 13/03/23 regarding this issue has not been acknowledged or answered. I remain so disappointed with this customer support.

A really unusual choice of garments where you can look for things for special needs. My ablaze jacket, light in weight but windproof and just the thing for bowls on a showery day. Delighted with the selection and very happy with speedy delivery tracked to our door.

When I saw the insoles on internet I ordered them they arrived quickly and they are fantasticly compfortable.
Great decision and as I now have two pairs even better.

I live in Ireland. I ordered a coat which seemed fantastic value. Took a chance and I was delighted with my purchase. Delivered quicker than they said. I will be using this site again.

Very happy with the service and quality of the product. Very comfortable. My size 14 is very hard to get. Very happy.

Found the coat and gloves i was looking for at a great price…great selection of colours and sizes. Easy online shopping and up to date delivery notifications. Came very quickly. Thank you.
