Very slow delivery. Said 3-5 days but took double that. My purchase was for a skiing holiday and it arrived whilst I was on holiday. Disappointing.

I bought 2 t shirts which were tooo small. Wanted to exchange them immediately however they had no tags which these days isn't that unusual if unbranded. The t shirts were clearly new though so I wasn't too concerned however when I reported this to the company and expressed a desire to exchange them they refused. I cannot help but assume its a scam.
Further to this review Universal Textiles have contacted me to reverse their previous stance that they would not accept a return on unlabelled items they send out. So not a scam! Such a shame they couldn't do this from the start. Won't use again even though they redeemed themselves.

Found them by chance on a Google search and have used them ever since, always have what I'm looking for ant my orders always arrive quickly

Love this coat! Now bought two different colours. It’s the right weight for me, warm but not stiff, really comfortable. The length is perfect, comes to top of boots. One review said the good was too small but both mine fit perfectly and doesn’t blow down in the wind! And good price too!

First time ordering from this website goods delivered promptly. Jacket of good quality and perfect fit. Although it’s very light it keeps me extremely warm.

These quilts are so cosy and easy to use and no extra covers and sheets to bother with

Good product, good price, good service. Comfortable to wear, made of a stretch material, legs quite slim which i like. Pockets are quite small but i dont mind that. Your iphone / samsung will fit snuggly in the leg pocket. Only worn once so far and not been washed yet, so hopefully all will be good.

Saw this scarf on the website and bought straight away. So pleased excellent quality and a good length to wear.

Unfortunately the jacket was too small for me to keep. However it is a lovely jacket, just a shame it didn't go bigger sizes for the lager ladies.

So pleased with my coat. Waterproof & windproof. Not heavy but nice & warm. Had lots of compliments about the colour too. Recommend

What a brilliant service from order to delivery, only took two days. My purchase wonderfully packaged, and are the most comfortable boots I have ever had. Would and have recommended to all my family and friends.

They agree they sent me the wrong item but will not either send me the correct item I have paid for or refund until I walk to a drop off shop or post office to return their item I did not order!
They have not replied to my request for a courier pick up of unwanted unordered item. They still have my money & I don’t have what it ordered

My offer arrived on time and was good quality.
