My experience with Veetec and their customer service representative Ali was excellent. They regularly updated me with progress and resolved any issues. I am very happy with the service provided.

I recently had my car repaired by this company and I would never recommend them to anyone. I had to keep chasing them to find out when they would be collecting my car for repair. They initially offered me 1pm-5pm on a Friday. I said that nobody would be working on my car over the weekend, which meant I would not have a car during the weekend. I was then offered the Tuesday, the week 'prior' to the Friday. How strange. Again I had to keep chasing them for information on the progress or not of my vehicle repair. Nobody rang me back and even the insurance company complained that when they tried to phone them they only got an answerphone. Appalling service. When I eventually got my car back, I received a phone call asking if I would complete a review on the 'service' I received, I never received the form because I told them how dissatisfied I was with the company.

I recently had my car repaired at this repair shop after some damage, and the service was excellent from start to finish. The team was professional, transparent, and kept me updated throughout the process. The repair work was done to a high standard, and my car looks like new again.

My car was taken in on 26 November due to a scratched alloy wheel. As this type of repair does not usually take long, I did not request a temporary or courtesy car.

When I contacted the garage on 10 December, I was told that my car was ready. However, when I went to collect it, I was informed that the vehicle was not ready.

I was then told that the alloy wheel had been sent to a third-party company and that they did not have staff available. These were presented as explanations, but they felt like excuses rather than valid reasons.

I was assured that my car would be ready within two days, yet five more days passed and the vehicle was still not completed.

While the quality of workmanship may be good, I have never experienced a garage that works this slowly. The delay and lack of accurate communication caused significant inconvenience.

A Catastrophic Failure in Service, Communication, and Professionalism

​Date of Final Return (Unresolved): December 5th (over 10 weeks later)

​This was, without a doubt, the most frustrating and unprofessional service experience I have ever had. My car was in their possession for over 10 weeks for a relatively minor repair, during which time it sustained new damage, was driven illegally by their staff, and was returned to me still broken. The lack of transparency and outright dishonest communication were shocking.

1. Massive Timeline & Communication Failures ​Initial Delay: The portal initially promised completion by October 10th (9-10 days). This date was then unilaterally moved to October 31st, then again to November 28th. My car was in their shop for over two months longer than first promised. ​Zero Proactive Contact: On every single occasion, I was the one who had to call them to find out the status after a deadline had passed. Their claims of trying to call me were demonstrably false. ​

2. Undeniable Damage and Deception ​The Window Incident: My car was picked up with a perfectly fine window. I was told there was a "defect," which was a lie to cover up their blunder. When I visited the site, I saw my original window leaning against a wall, cracked lengthways—damage they were clearly responsible for while removing it for a door replacement. They then blamed a "backlog" from Europe for the further delays.

3. Unauthorised Use and Criminal Activity (Speeding Ticket) ​Fuel Consumption: I noticed my fuel level dropping significantly while the car was supposed to be immobile in their care, and they could not provide an answer. ​Unauthorised Use & Speeding: On November 27th, I received an alert that my car had traveled 5 miles. Later, after the unresolved return of the car on December 2nd, I discovered a speeding ticket issued during this unauthorised 'test drive' on November 27th. This is not only a breach of trust but a criminal action for which I had to submit their details to the police. This is completely unacceptable. ​

4. Further Damage and Unresolved Issues ​New Scratch on Replacement Window: Upon the car's return on December 2nd (after over two months), I immediately spotted a scratch on the brand new replacement window. This suggests a total lack of care during the fitting process. ​The Spanner Light & Mechanical Fault: The day after the car was returned, the hybrid system was non-functional and the spanner warning light was illuminated. They took the car back in, claimed it was fixed, and returned it to me on December 5th with the exact same problem still present.

This experience encompasses every possible failure: broken deadlines, dishonest communication, new damage to the vehicle, unauthorised use resulting in a speeding ticket, and ultimately, returning the car with the original repair still incomplete and a new mechanical fault unresolved. I strongly advise anyone considering using Veetec Enfield to look elsewhere. The stress and time wasted far outweigh any potential convenience.

Fiona would regularly call me to update me about what stage we were at and was always very friendly and knowledgable,

The handover of the car and that process was very smooth and painless with a minimal wait for when the car was returned to me.

The quality of the work was brilliant and it looks just as new and i was explained about the five year guarantee

An excellent experience from start to finish. Staff were great and the overall impression was outstanding. This must be the “top shelf “ of companies.
