After my Kia Sportage was damaged all the way down one side of the vehicle by a learner driver in a driving school car with the instructor present, it was two weeks before my car could be booked in - because of how busy this company clearly are. My Kia was collected on the day of it going in for its repair, and It was suggested they'd have my car for two weeks! In the meantime, I had a Hyundai Tucson from Enterprise N.M. (who also were the bees knees, even after another driver drove into the back of the hired car - on the petrol garage forecourt whilst stationary at the pump!!) 🤯
Throughout VeeTec (Aldershot) having my SUV, I was updated through every step of the way. The Customer service I received from; Sabrina, Amy, & Ali from the Admin side was absolutely second to none! The team were all Highly professional, Very caring to my needs, & the top tier quality staff - you'd wish to be connected to throughout. Beautiful.
The car came back in less than 1 week and it was unbelievably immaculate. The repair work was 100%. The cleaning and shine of the car inside & out was of showroom condition!! 🚘
The aftercare, since receiving back my Kia has continued to be immeassurable, without being intrusive.

Lots of phone calls with updates. The car was cleaned. The car pick was delayed by a week and they arrived later than expected on the requested date. The work was good. They dropped off the car earlier than the requested time but that was okay. Could be improved if faster turnaround on the work. It took approx 10 days.

My 5 month old car Mazda CX-60 PHEV hit a deer on the motorway and had significant front damage. The car was collected promptly (and expertly on a flatbed truck) and very professionally repaired. It took about 6 weeks but this was due to spare parts being made available late by Mazda. I was kept informed at least weekly about progress by phone and through a website tracker. I was concerned they would struggle getting the intricate electrics restored but it all works perfectly and the car came back looking as new. Repairs guaranteed for 5 years to boot. Really good.

Veetec were very professional during the repair of my car. They kept me advised all the way through the repair and my car was delivered back to me cleaned inside and out

My car went in for minor repairs and i was presently surprised the turn around time was quick and efficient. The communication was on point from the office staff. My car was back within a week. Highly recommended. Also a big thanks to the met technician Kenny who went over and above to help me with any queries.

The repair to my MX 5 was excellent. The rear bumper and lights had to be replaced after someone drove into my car. When they returned the car to me, it looked like a gleaming brand new vehicle as they had done a great repair then washed and polished the car. Communication was good and all staff members I spoke with, seemed very courteous, diligent and affable.

I had a really great experience with Veetec.
From the first call to arrange pick up of my car to the last call to check I was happy with the job each person I spoke to was polite friendly and helpful.
The people that came to pick up and return my car were lovely. Polite, respectful and friendly.
My car came back spotless. I didn't recognise it how new it looked.
I was also very pleased with the regular updates I received from a lovely lady who kept me fully informed of the progress.

Excellent service from beginning to end. The whole process was remarkably stress free. The repairs were done quickly and i was kept well informed along the way. Communications from all members of staff were always excellent and courteous.

VERY BAD SERVICE !!! Twice my car had to be returned in Enfield branch shoddy work no quality control.I would NOT recommend these cowboys simple job to paint a bumper and now full of paint runs and defects on the paintwork hire cars runs out incompetence company PLEASE USE ANOTHER COMPANY NOT THIS ONE

I must say I wasn’t going to write a review, but today I inspected the repairs & it seems that Veetec went over & beyond with fixing my car!
My boot lid was well scratched up by rogue car washers but Veetec actually blew over it nicely & my car looks completely new again. Even though the repairs being made were not on my boot lid! 👍🏾
So it’s a 5 star all round from me for that!

My vehicle was picked up and dropped off when convenient for me and also they even cleaned it before they brought it back. The workmanship was brilliant. Very pleased.

Recent repair/replacement parts on my car undertaken by Veetec Whitstable. Staff at Whitstable branch kept me well informed of car's progress. Car now back and extremely pleased with the result. Would definitely recommend Veetec.
