Really great service all around!

Veetec contacted me first thing on Monday (accident was on Sunday) to say they were going to be responsible for the repairs to my car.
Later that day, I was provided with a courtesy car & mine was taken, The gentlemen collecting & delivering cars both at the start of repair & return to me were excellent.
They took great care with both cars, videoing & photographing both & advising me of next steps. They were all friendly & helpful.
From the moment I was first contacted by Veetec, I was so impressed. Courteous & friendly calls made every 1-2 days keeping me up to date with time scales & what was happening with parts & bodywork.

A slight delay because a part was difficult to get which was not their fault & didn’t matter as I had the courtesy car. Again, calls made to keep me updated. I was also able to phone directly & the phones were answered very quickly

The work done was fantastic & I feel like I have a brand new car.

Veetec kept me informed from start to finish, although the car was late going in for repair, due to other motorists returning their courtesy cars damaged, Veetec were very professional throughout. This was my 2nd repair with Veetec in 14 months due to distracted drivers damaging the rear of my vehicle.

The work that was done on my car was carried out to a very high standard, I would recommend Veetec Motor Group to anyone.

I recently had work done on my car here, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Everyone I dealt with was professional, friendly and willing to help. I was informed throughout the whole process and they took the time to explain what needed to be done and cleaned the car before delivering. Overall a very good experience.

Repair work very good backed up by great customer care. They were flexible over dates for collecting car and over arrangements for returning car while we were on holiday. Kept us informed throughout.

I think from the moment my vechile was collected to the phone call recieved today every member of staff i have spoken with have been super polite and helpful just a bit excited to be getting my car back rather than this bakebean tin of a hire car hyundai i10 back to my full size adult MG HS 😂😂

It is always refreshing when you speak to someone who seems genuinely interested in what you have to say and listens?
I would not hesitate in recommending your company to anyone who wants their car repaired. The workmanship is first class and the office staff that you would be liaising with throughout your car repair are simply excellent.
