Sam was a great help.

I am visiting family for Easter and left my charger back in ROI. Sam was a great help in matching accessories to my needs. If only we had customer service like this back home! Thank you Sam.

Having had abominable service trying to…

Having had abominable service trying to upgrade on the phone (and was about to leave totally), came into the Alton store and a very good package was arranged quickly and effectively. Having been with Vodafone for 30 odd years, the store experience has restored my faith. Thank you.

Superb advice & service from their Store Manager, Sam. We went in to collect an order & he advised us on a new phone plan for my partner. We've ended up saving loads ~ thank you Sam!! ;-)
