No wait, was given all options of updates or without. Waked off with much cheaper deal. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff

Abin was very helpful kind and polite I…

Abin was very helpful kind and polite I was panicking! About paying an other bill I already paid from an old phone.

It come up on my Mobile banking about paying a bill off Abin reassured me that my mobile banking was wrong.

He sorted everything out for me what bill is coming up and my anxiety went down. He even got me a good deal on the next bill that is a good price.

I'm very impressed with Abin. He's a fantastic sales assistant.

I went into the store with no real idea…

I went into the store with no real idea on how to upgrade my current plan and I was helped by bianca who was so patient and took the time and effort to answer all the questions I had and made me more comfortable with upgrading

Helpful and friendly

I was helped by Holly in Cambridge and she was very helpful and informative with the information she provided. Plus very friendly and the process was very quick to get my contract swapped and for a better plan that suited myself.

I had an inquiry on my current plan

I had an inquiry on my current plan. I was served by Holly who took me through some options and I ended up saving money as my current plan was for 50 gig and my history showed that I only needed a 30 gig package. I also travel to Europe regularly and we added this to the package and still managed to get a saving overall. I was so impressed that I plan to come in in three months and upgrade my Phone as a result. Really exceptional customer service from Holly. I will also be bringing my wife to switch her from a Samsung to an iPhone package as a result of this service.

Very good experience at Vodafone Cambridge

I dropped in to Vodafone Cambridge (Grand Arcade) today to upgrade my existing mobile contracts. I was attended to by Holly from whom I received excellent service. The whole process was carried out politely and efficiently by Holly. Thank you very much, you deserve 10 out of 10.

I had a great experience with Vodafone

I had a great experience with Vodafone, thanks to Henry. He was really helpful, took the time to explain everything clearly, and even managed to get me a slightly cheaper price, which I really appreciated. His excellent customer service made the whole process easy and stress-free. I'm very happy with the service I received and would definitely recommend Vodafone, especially if you get the chance to be helped by Henry. Thank you!

Customer service was great
