I had a great experience with Vodafone
I had a great experience with Vodafone, thanks to Henry. He was really helpful, took the time to explain everything clearly, and even managed to get me a slightly cheaper price, which I really appreciated. His excellent customer service made the whole process easy and stress-free. Bianca made our experience great today 🙂
She was cheerful, knowledgeable and extremely helpful.
We needed to upgrade 2 contracts and get data roaming sorted. In under an hour, she managed to solve all the issues, rearrange our contracts and save us some money.
She was so efficient and I felt she went above and beyond to make the experience stress free. She gave good advice and sound information.

Outstanding! Holly at the Cambridge store
Holly at the Cambridge store was outstanding today, I was very impressed with the knowledge she had with my issue, very polite and understanding of my situation with having no data. The issue sadly is still going on but it is out of her control, she did however sort me a temporary solution until the bigger issue is solved. Thank you so much for all your help :)
