Lovely Staff Member

Nahim delivered outstanding customer service at Vodafone, demonstrating patience, professionalism and genuine help to support me.
Personally I had a lovely experience with Nahim and If I do visit the store again he will definitely be the guy I go to. ;)

Abin was very very helpful

Abin was very very helpful. He removed a foreign sim card, replaced a new one and updated my contract with some extras. He has been terrific- thank you!

Friendly and helpful staff

Nahim was pleasant and helpful. He listened to my request and made suggestions. I had some questions about the service and he answered each one. I know that's part of his job however sometimes some staff members in shops make you feel like you are bothering them. He was very approachable with a smile.

Holly is amazingly helpful

Holly has been completely amazing in sorting out an ongoing issue.
The Customer Service team on the phone were absolutely useless, repeatedly and I had to go instore to resolve an issue.
Holly went above and beyond, basically doing the work of the Customer Service team and solved the account issue.

Nahim was very helpful

Nahim was very helpful, I recently bought a new GIGACUBE from Vodafone and it’s been amazing his explanation about the device and how it works was very useful his customer service was brilliant too!
