Pre ordered/upgraded, Riah is amazing
Pre ordered/upgraded to the new iPhone yesterday, customer assistant Riah was extremely helpful & patient, she even stayed slightly later to get it sorted & ordered for me after a few issues online, very professional service & great knowledge when asking for info, would highly recommend seeing her for any info/phone/upgrade needs

The staff were lovely!
Very helpful and understanding,

Riah and Molly. The customer service was awesome, they couldn't be more helpful or knowledgeable or kind to a stressed customer. They went above and beyond with google and Samsung knowledge thrown in. Please give them a pay rise.
