Falkirk Branch Great Service

Courtney and Zac went out of their way to help us set up a mobile broadband system after we had lost connection during a house move. Courtney very patiently explained everything in language we could understand and encouraged us to return if we had problems setting up at home. Thank you Courtney and Zac you are both a credit to Vodafone.

Excellent Customer Service

I had a great experience in store today. All staff were super helpful, friendly and knowledgeable about products and services. Michelle dealt with my issue quickly and exceptionally, I was super stressed as I broke my phone and she made me feel at ease and helped me get set up with a new phone and everything I would need for it in store quickly. Very much appreciated!

We needed to get our 'pay as you go'…

We needed to get our 'pay as you go' ancient Nokia phone to work in Spain. The guy that served us couldn't have been more helpful and set it all up for us. Great and friendly service.
