Guy was very helpful and sorted my issues very quickly.
Got a newer phone for a great deal and couldn’t fault his help at all.
Would definitely come back in to the kilmarnock store.

Melissa Customer Service

I had a very pleasant experience in Vodafone Kilmarnock today with Melissa who was extremely kind and helpful - her customer service was second to none. I will most certainly be in again if I have any phone related questions/issues - or even if I just want a chat!

Great!

Rachel was a great help in checking my account for all manner of things! I've had a lot of experiences in my life but this customer service might just be the best one of them all :) Better than the birth of my second child.

Came into store to query a discount

Came into store to query a discount. Spoke with Mel and Rachel in the Kilmarnock store who sorted out my issue and query very effectively. Defo deserve a bonus and an extra free 15 min break. Fantastic workers 👏
