Sree was exceptional

Sree was exceptional. I had had my phone stolen. His calm approach and efficiency in setting me up with a new phone and blacklisting the stolen one turned a traumatic experience into a pleasant one.

I was served by Olly who listened to my…

I was served by Olly who listened to my request, understood what was required and then gave me 3 options. Having selected my preferred option he then did the necessary set up whilst keeping me informed of what he was doing. At all times I felt I was being dealt with in a professional and efficient manner

Newmarket Vodafone store

We went into the Newmarket Vodafone store, as we had a problem with our current contract.
Sreejith the retail advisor, was excellent, very knowledgeable, and he spent time resolving our problem.
We were very impressed with the service given.

Outstanding Customer Service - Olly

Olly was outstanding today with his customer service. He went above and beyond to ensure I had the correct WiFi package I struggle with understanding certain things and he was very empathetic and stood out. I have not ever received customer service like this before from Vodafone. He helped explain everything to me in a way which I understood and didn’t rush me and provided me with the BEST service today. Olly is a real credit to your team and should be recognised for his hard work and faultless customer service. Charisma and personality goes a long way when working with the public.

Computer slow, company great

Computer was slow, but the company was great. Sales advisor Olly is a funny guy, and went above and beyond what I expected.
