Great Staff!

The staff at this store are knowledgeable and supportive, customer service is excellent... especially from Abigail and Dani!

I will be recommending the High Street store to family and friends.

Alex was super friendly

Alex was super friendly, not to pressuring with my mom who doesn’t enjoy doing these purchases alone. He managed to tick off what I’m sure is all his mandatory sale pitches in a way which wasn’t pressuring or intimidating

Good service at Vodafone Worcester.

Good service. Only criticism is that Tom talked a bit quickly for me. But he was happy to repeat and was very pleasant. Good experience overall.

Buying a replacement phone

Went into the Worcester store to replace my elderly mother’s broken payg phone. Alex was extremely helpful suggested a suitable replacement for an elderly person and arranged the transfer of the phone number to a new SIM card.
