Simply the best!

We went in to upgrade our broadband and get a new mobile phone and tablet. The support from Ana was amazing. She asked the right questions to sort out the needs of two 80 year olds then provided patient, thoughtful and unrushed advice making the whole process stress free. Really excellent service

Went in to sort out wifi and a new sim and Tom managed to find me a great deal and left me stress free, vodafone should be privillaged to have such a good, keen and honest worker.

Excellent ambassadors for Vodafone.

I had a number of queries regarding my account, all of which were handled by Tom. He was thorough, articulate and helpful and explained things in a cogent and 'user-friendly' manner. He saved me some money that day and I will be going in again to discuss new plans for our 2 mobile phones. He (and Edward the store manager) were excellent ambassadors for Vodafone on that day and are the reason why I intend to stay with your company.
