They took away my exit row seat because I'm over 60. They told me to put in a request for a refund and seated me in one of their cramped economy seats. Very tight fit for someone 6' tall who expected a comfortable flight. The flight crew did nothing to assist me. Economy airline at its worst.

Donde puedo poner -10 estrellas ?...tenÃa una hora literal para llegar a la otra punta del aeropuerto de San Pablo con un menor y Un persona mayor, el avión aterrizó a la hora pactada y estuvo 15 a 20 minutos paseando por qué no tenÃa donde ponerse, lo mismo los empleados nos dieron 10 indicaciones diferentes y el vuelo nunca apareció en pantallas...lo perdimos por 2 minutos... Tuve que pagar 2 noches de hotel porque antes De esa Fecha no tenian nada o le cobraban por cualquier cambio cuando lo errores fueron de ellos y En la Oficina de gol sólo me cambiaron los Vuelos, no entienden otro idioma que no sea el suyo... Ni lo hablan... Tampoco les importa el. Cliente...Asà que acá sigo esperando. Ver si hoy casi madrugada parto...yo mañana tengo que trabajar!!! SIN PALABRAS!!!

Gol linhas offer poor quality service . I paid £460 for substandard service for a return flight from Rio to Foz du Iguazu. In the way there even though I'd checked in online it it took 75 minutes to drop my bags. Then flight crew completely missed me in the food and drinks service only 30 minutes into the two hour flight and didn't make any attempt to offer anymore drinks to people who missed it due to be ring asleep/at the toilet
The airport at Foz was much better and bags were delivered instantly with it being a small airport. Staff including at the check in desk were very good . Now it's been over an hour since disembarking at Rio and I've waited over 65 minutes for my check in luggage at the carousel. Absolute joke and seriously overpriced for a journey that is direct . I want a 50% refund for the inconvenience

Mal im flugzeug ist eigentlich alles ganz ok. Aber der Service davor und die Homepage sind eine absolute Katastrophe. Gerade jetzt sollte ich den Checkin vornehmen ABER auf der Homepage sind keine AbflughÀfen auswÀhlbar. Da hat einer in der IT wohl zuviel Caipirinhas getrunken.

Extremely poor handling of a missed connection caused by incorrect gate information.
We were at São Paulo airport for hours, followed the official gate information shown in the GOL app and on airport displays, only to arrive at the gate and find it already closed.
As a result, we missed our connecting flight through no fault of our own and were rebooked later. The whole day was spent at the airport, exhausted, stressed, and forced to pay high prices for food while waiting.
This was not a weather issue or passenger error, but a clear operational and communication failure. Very disappointing experience and poor passenger care.
Poor performing website
Poor performing website. The website was clearly developed by someone or an organization with inferior development skills. Like most airline websites, there is normally an option to change the date of a flight. This does not exist on GOL's website. There are pages dedicated to the rules of changing or cancelling a flight but no actual interface or a way to change it. Only an interface to cancel a flight. Change flight functionality is pretty basic when it comes to an Airline's websites.

Hinflug verpasst, da der Online-Check-in nicht möglich war und die Website aus Europa nicht erreichbar war. Mit erheblichem Aufwand konnten wir noch einen Ersatzflug am selben Tag bekommen.
Der RÃŒckflug wurde ohne Benachrichtigung storniert. Als BegrÃŒndung wurde angegeben, dass davon ausgegangen wurde, wir wÃŒrden den RÃŒckflug nicht antreten, da wir den ursprÃŒnglich gebuchten Hinflug nicht genutzt hatten.

I bought my ticket via Booking.com because the GOL site was not working, since IÂŽve had the ticket I have not been able to add baggage or check-in via the site both Chrome and Safari, nor the App -- I have written and waited for customer service via the chat many times in the past few days and have had zero response -- i am afraid that I will now get charged a lot of money to add the bag and check-in at the airport tomorrow, it is such a scam to operate this way...!! The flight was scheduled at 11:40am and was continually delayed, then when we got on the plane, we were told the plane wasnât safe to travel on, so I had to wait further for an additional plane back to São Paulo. We finally arrived in São Paulo at 9:30pm after rushing through I made the flight as boarding had commenced to get my flight back to London which was scheduled for 11:40pm
Now Iâm trying to get in contact with customer services, nothing works, the phone line for other countries just hangs up, the AI chat bot isnât helpful and it says it will continue to a human but nothing happens. Iâm owed compensation for a whole day wasted.

El vuelo se retraso 3 horas ...... nunca nos dieron explicación alguna. Por el retraso perdà el bus q me traslada a mi ciudad de residencia sita a 250 km de Capital Federal. Consulte en la oficina de Gol en aeroparque ... me dieron un nro telefónico q no corresponde a un abonado en servicio. Mande mails para q me reembolsen el importe del bus .... nunca contestan ... el chat de la página tampoco me dio resultados ni me asesoro ....
Atraso para decolagem
Quero relatar minha experiência nada satisfatória com a companhia (Gol). Decolamos em Curitiba com destino a Salvador- Ba. Pegamos um voo com conexão, onde permanecemos dentro do mesmo voo, o mesmo chegou com 10 minutos de antecedência no aeroporto de Guarulhos. Teve atraso em São Paulo, atraso de mais de 01h 55 minutos para decolagem. Motivos??? Justificativas dadas não justificais.
Tinha horário para chegar em Salvador, devido ao atraso do voo, impactou e gerou prejuÃzos para mim.
Se nós como clientes atrasamos, precisamos pagar para remarcar, taxas exorbitantes, mas se a companhia aérea atrasa, quem paga nosso prejuÃzo??

Cancelación de vuelos
La aerolÃnea canceló mi vuelo programado desde Buenos Aires a Sao Pablo sobre la hora. Nos tuvieron a los pasajeros toda la mañana en el aeropuerto sin dar respuesta clara sobre el estado del vuelo. Cuando al fin llegó la supervisora a dar explicaciones (dos horas posteriores al horario determinado para la salida del vuelo), dijo q deberÃamos reclamar a la compañÃa de turismo por la cual habÃamos contratado el servicio y que la aerolÃnea no era responsable de nada, ofrecieron volar al dÃa siguiente sin dar seguridad de que ese vuelo saldrÃa en tiempo y forma, por su culpa perdà un pasaje de sao Pablo a Madrid ya programado y los pasajes en tren de España, cuando quisimos reclamar nos tuvieron esperando horas en una fila sin respuesta de nadie.
El mismo dÃa cancelaron vuelos a distintos destinos, en una puerta de embarque aleatoria solo estaba un empleado que no tenÃa respuestas ni soluciones para nada.

Quero expressar minha profunda insatisfação com a companhia aérea GOL. Meu voo de retorno foi alterado três dias antes da partida, e a única alternativa oferecida foi um voo no dia seguinte, o que prejudicou totalmente meu planejamento.
Como a passagem foi comprada por meio da agência Kiwi, cada parte joga a responsabilidade para a outra. Nenhum dos dois se dispõe a assumir o problema ou oferecer qualquer tipo de compensação, nem mesmo uma noite de hotel, o que seria o mÃnimo diante do transtorno causado.
A experiência tem sido extremamente frustrante e demonstra uma falta de consideração com o cliente. Esperava muito mais profissionalismo e respeito.
