Salimos con tres horas de retraso del aeropuerto de Mendoza con escala en sao Paolo y destino rio. Al llegar los pasajeros de mendoza a sao Paolo. Tuvieron que hacer migraciones y recoger en la cinta nuestro equipaje de mano que nos obligaron a despachar. El avión en el que debÃamos conectar a RÃo salió 5 minutos antes del horario de salida. SabÃan que les faltaba casi todo el avión. Ya que el avión estaba vacÃo. Mi mujer y yo fuimos los únicos en llegar. Nos trataron fatal. QuerÃan que facturaremos nuestro equipaje de mano y asà perder el vuelo. Les avise de que faltaban 50 argentinos y aunque lo sabÃan y ese era el vuelo de conexión que tenÃamos los billetes. No esperaron ni un minuto. Nosotros logramos convencer a la azafata de que sentido tenÃa que facturaremos nuestra maleta de mano. Nos pusimos de rodillas. Y de mal humor nos dejó subir y dejaron a todos los Argentinos en tierra. Aunque la culpa de llegar tarde fue de la compañÃa. No traten de poner una reclamación o algo parecido es imposible Yo no volveré a volar con gol nunca en mi vida. Por cierto su página siempre está caÃda. No funciona. Solo para cobrarte.

If I could give a -10 out of 5 stars, I would. I have never in my life encountered an airline with a more useless app service and even worse in-person customer service.
For my first flight with GOL, I had to "check in" to my flight more than 15 times to get a boarding pass. And even then, when I got to the counter I was told my boarding pass had "expired."
Now, they are my flight to get me started on my journey home and I can't even get them to acknowledge that I HAVE a flight. I can't check in to any of my other flights because they are saying I don't exist.
I will never ever EVER fly with this god awful company again. I have never had and I doubt I ever will have a more miserable experience.

I purchased a ticket to go from CGH to SDU. The ticket was confirmed, and my credit card was charged. The following day, I received an email that due to a "discrepancy," my flight was canceled and I was refunded. When I called GOL to understand what this discrepancy was, I was told there was an error in the system and I would need to re-book. Upon checking the flight to re-purchase a seat just 12 hours after originally booking, the cost almost tripled. I called GOL again to get the same rate that I had before, and they refused.
Because of a glitch in GOL's system, and at no fault of my own, the flight that I paid for was canceled, and I am now responsible for paying 3x more for the same exact ticket because of their error. This is unfair and unreasonable beyond belief.

Em novembro comprei uma passagem de ida e volta para Petrolina para o dia 24 de janeiro e volta dia 27. No dia 27 caiu uma tempestade em são Paulo a bivel de calamidade pública, o metrÃŽ foi alagado, o transporte estava impossÃvel. Conclusão, não consegui embarcar no horário do meu vÃŽo e também não consegui remarcar meu vÃŽo, nem ser de nenhuma maneira ressarcido. Simplesmente me disseram que a Gol não tem culpa pela chuva que parou São Paulo. Realmente eles não tem, mas deveriam no minino ter algum protocolo de remarcação ou ressarcimento. Simplesmente todo o dinheiro que eu economizei para comprar essas passagens foram para nada!

GOL change your flight hours without your approval
I booked a flight from Recife to Paris. They pospotned it by 24 hours when I was at the airport.
Seems awful but the worst is to come. At the airport they said that they changed the return ticket but no need to worry. They told me I can contact or phone Gol. At Paris Roissy there is not a gol stand and in France there is neither a phone line for customers.
So I got an unwanted return with three stopover instead of two and almost 24 hours delay again .
Their customer service does not care and
on top of that they do not respect the european rules for air company in case of delay.

Koffer verloren, keine Erstattung
Das Unternehmen GOL hat zunÀchst meinen Koffer auf einem Inlandsflug zum wiederholten Male verloren. Darauffolgend wurden die Mitarbeiter nur nach persönlichem Aufsuchen und DrÀngen des BÌros am Flughafen aktiv und konnten den Koffer erst mit erheblicher Verzögerung zustellen.
Eine Erstattung der mir entstandenen Kosten blieb aus, Emails werden durchgehend ignoriert.

Online Check in ist unmöglich
Fliege nach ZÌrich. Leider SWISS APP leitet mich bei chek in auf GOL Seite, weil von Santa Cruz bis Sao Paolo mit diesem Fluggeselschaft fliege. Das Funktionieren der Seite kostet mir ca. 30 Minuten. Als ich die persönlichen Daten ergÀnzen will scheitere ich an der letzten Angabe. Die Webseite akzeptiert nicht, dass mein Passport im Jahre 2031 ablÀuft. Bei Jahresangabe kann ich nur das Zahl 2 oder weniger einschreiben. Das Zahl 3 einzutragen ist einfach unmöglich. So komme ich in online Check in nicht weiter. Ich muss morgen in der Warteschlange stehen, obwohl GOL ausdrÌcklich informiert online Check in, damit KEINE SCHLANGE entsteht!!!!

Las reseñas son aterradoras, tome varios viajes de 1 hora y me dieron un snack, sin contar que las azafatas son muy amables, además que en un viaje de 7 horas me alimentaron 3 veces, es lo mejor del mundo, no sé por qué todos sé quejan del tema de las maletas, a la mÃa le dañaron una llanta pero me dieron una ida gratis a algo para arreglarla dentro del aeropuerto

Gol Airlines exemplifies the inefficiency and incompetence often associated with third-tier Latin American airlines. I recently flew with them for the first time on a short domestic trip from São Paulo to Belo Horizonte and was thoroughly disappointed. I paid extra to select seats and sit in their so-called âcomfortâ section, but the seats I had chosen during booking were neither held nor honored.
The check-in process was a nightmare. I spent over an hour waiting in line at both airports, with staff seeming utterly clueless. Their confusion made me question whether the pilots knew what they were doing. The entire experience was awful, and I will never fly with this airline again. If you're traveling to Brazil, LATAM is really the only reliable option.

My flight from punta cana to são Paulo Guarulhos on the 31/07/24 was delayed for more than 2 hours without any explanation so when we got to são Paulo my connection already departed which was also a Gol flight. The Gol customer care service in São Paulo have 0 knowledge when it comes to a situation like this and told us that we have to change airport to get another flight in Congonhas in the the afternoon!! As a result of this mess I lost my car hire booking for no show which is not my fault, but when I spoke with Gol they didn't want to know they simply ignored me when I mentioned that a no show fee is £50 sterling.
Shame on you Voegol.com.br for such a poor service, a lot needs to improve.

Manual check in at BSB, 1 desk open for regular pasengers, over 1 hour wait!! Worse seat on the plane, 33A, last to get any food or drink and last in the line for a nice 1+ hour line at MIA,. Deep joy!! Cabin crew rude and no on board entertainment on a 7+ hour flight!! Onbourd food was an absolute joke,. Who the hell let this shower of #### go long haul anyway?? Total disgrace!!
