Called on Thursday to arrange a repair. Booked for tuesday, out today and repaired. The communication was fantastic. Well done

Came out and fixed it the next day. Abdul was nice and professional, got the job done quickly and knew what he was doing. Really impressed ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Very polite helpful and knowledgeable engineer. Kept us informed throughout. Contact mad again a couple of days later to see if problem resolved, and as had not used cooker that much agreed to write his report with his recommendations and for us to contact if not working.

Everything was handled speedily and efficiently. Same day reporting it and problem solved by an efficient and knowledgable engineer.

Arrived earlier than expected which is a good thing engineer was very helpful very polite knew his job and was very helpful would highly recommend SHAUN when repaired he explained what the problem was

The engineer carried out the fault on the oven renew the part now the oven is working. Gave me advise and showed me how to dismantled the glass from the oven door to clean. He was polite, helpful and friendly.

I recently attempted to contact Whirlpool in relation to a faulty appliance supplied as part of my IKEA kitchen order. I was surprised and frustrated to discover that your customer service line is closed not only on weekends but also on Mondays, with a voicemail message citing the current Covid crisis as the reason for this.

While I appreciate that the pandemic has had an impact on many businesses, it is unacceptable that in 2025, customers are still being told that Covid is the reason for a lack of basic service availability. Covid is not a valid justification for closing your lines over three consecutive days each week, particularly when customers are dealing with faulty essential appliances.

As a parent with a toddler and a young baby, being unable to reach anyone for three days in a row creates significant stress and inconvenience. Customers rely on appliances such as dishwashers daily, and when they fail, prompt assistance is not only reasonable but essential.

A shambles.

The engineer was out within 24 hours and arrived when he said he would. He was very professional and thorough. He gave me information about my appliance that I wasn’t aware of which will help me to keep it running properly. He was very knowledgeable and pleasant. Before he left he asked if there was anything else that I wanted know.

Quick repair times and lovely repair person

Great service and resolution. Booked the appointment on line for a convenient date, was given a time slot that was trackable so I knew when the engineer was turning it. He resolved the issue and informed me that the ordered parts would arrive by post.

Very long wait to answer the fone, but then booked in, and sorted, no probs.
