Very helpful. Spoke to Howard who directed me through my options for changing my energy supplier. Will definitely use uSwitch again.

Having had a very confusing experience trying to switch from present supplier, I was worried I would be left with no services and no supplier.
Kathleen sorted it all out for me very quickly,found me the best deal and put my mind at rest. Thank you Kathleen.

Extremely helpful staff member Sophie , who talked me through the best Energy offers that met my needs and should save me money . Very happy with the service I received .

I rang uswitch & got a lovely lady called Julie Tate who was very patient & helpful & help us to get the best offer for us she gave us 3 different offers but we wanted
one that would provide a Smart meter so that was the offer we went with saving us £96 so happy days.

I spoke to Julie on the phone and she explained everything I needed to know- absolutely fab service from her.

1 star too many! Absolutely disgusting service from this company. I approached them when moving house, I didn’t get a response for four weeks!

I have since received an automated email to say they will be switching my provider. Not a service I have asked for!

I have asked for my details to be removed from the database, a week ago now. Three emails from three separate people and they are still not removing my details, a complete breach of GDPR law.

I have now raised a complaint with the ombudsman to try and get this awful company to remove my information!

I’ll proactively going to be telling as many people as possible to steer well clear!

Having spent an afternoon re considering my energy tariff I was really pleased to be able to speak to a person. David was able to answer all my queries and explain the process of switching. USwitch was even able to give me a cheaper tariff with my chosen supplier than the actual company. Switching was done for me and couldn’t have been easier. I am a very happy customer

Just switched my supply of gas and electric from British Gas to EDF. Decent saving. The lady was very clear and helpful throughout.

I would like to say a big thank you to Alex who helped me sort out my gas and electric supplier, I have had a very bad experience with my previous supplier and was very apprehensive about choosing a new one.
But Alex explained everything in great detail was very patient answering all my questions.
I am now very relieved.

I just spoke with Rory who was excellent in understanding my energy needs. He patiently went through his recommended tariff answering my many questions and helping me to get my head around the figures. I would recommend uSwitch just based on my interaction with Rory today.

I switched my account this morning. I was a little apprehensive as this was the 1st time I had done it (my husband died a couple of years ago and he had always negotiated our energy bills).
I was reassured by a gentleman who explained everything in detail and answered all my questions very patiently.

I was looking to renew my gas/electricity without being pressed to have a smart meter. I tried to find a company to no avail. The lady I spoke to at uswitch on an 0800 free number was really helpful, patient whilst I sought consumption details, very clear Geordie speaking voice.
Very reassuring. Was able to do the switch for me to an appropriate company saving me money against the quote I had from my current provider. Sophie was brilliant.
