I wanted to check energy suppliers as my account is due to change. I am a pensioner with a hearing problem and Alistair was sooo patient with me and explained things clearly so I could understand.He sorted out a company for me that was a good price and said he would be in touch with them to carry out the changeover. I really was very pleased to have that young man to help me it made changing much easier. Top marks, Alistair, you were brilliant.

I was not a easy switch as shell did not gave a yearly energy read out . The lady went above and beyond what I would expect. She was brilliant I so grateful. I got a great deal

Really annoyed with their service - Tried to switch Broadband and went through all of the questions etc. They shown me the results of deals in my area - Great, I thought - Then clicked on the best choice, went through all of the details again with them and only to be told that they do not service my area. Total waste of time. Why can't they do their homework and make things work properly instead of causing frustration.

I called to get a better energy deal, the call was answered instantly so no waiting on hold, my advisor was Alex C who gave me straight forward and easy to understand advice, he found me a great deal and was very knowledgable about the product he was advising me on, I felt very confident and happy with the service.

Well managed, able to answer all my queries and constructively support the application via verbal process to be confirmed by email. So simple and straightforward.

just switched deul fuel supplier dealt with by Richard who was helpful and informative. Made it very easy, will use them again

Excellent service from Chris very good work

I wanted to change to a better tariff, run it on line though had a few questions. So phoned spoke to Alice she made it so easy, listened saved me money finding me a great deal and with one of the big companies.
Hopefully her manager sees this as she deserves praise for her professionalism to get me the best deal. Never pushed me into saying yes, explained everything as we went along answered all my questions straight away.

Today I have contacted the uswitch and i cannot be happier. The person I have spoken to was patient, understanding and so helpful. Amazing in general. His name was Richard S. He had so nice voice and you can listen to the terms and conditions all day long. Great help to switch from British Gas to eon. Hopefully for the best.
