Amazing service from Zaid. He managed to facilitate a survey at quick notice and gave us a thorough verbal summary immediately afterwards, before providing us with the detailed written report a few days later. I showed the written report to my brother who said it was much better than the one he had gotten done when he purchased his property.

I contacted ZFN to carry out a structural survey on my property. The agents were very extremely good at explaining what I required and did not suggest the most expensive as I didn’t require it. They conducted the survey very quickly and emailed me the very extensive report in a matter of days. Fantastic experience with this firm - the best surveyors I have used. Here’s why:

- Communication was excellent, via WhatsApp. Whenever I messaged them they would reply within minutes and were very polite and organised.
- Zaid went above and beyond to try and get the survey done as soon as possible, which I really appreciated.
- As soon as the survey was done I received a verbal breakdown of it over the phone.

Done my building survey through ZFN, the whole experience was fast and smooth and the price was competitive. Booking was super quick and easy, called on Wednesday and got surveyor visit booked same week Friday. The surveyor was helpful on the day with answering our questions. The report came back within reasonable time and had good attention to detail, also the guys were very helpful over WhatsApp with follow up questions after the report. Customer service was excellent. Would recommend to anyone looking to do house surveys!

ZFN were very helpful in getting a building survey done for me at short notice during a tricky period (stamp duty deadlines and all!)

Shortly after I received a call from the surveyor and had an initial chat to discuss the overall inspection - to my delight structurally everything was fine and good to go.

I am admittedly a difficult customer to deal with sometimes and raised many queries once I received the report regarding my own points I noted during my own inspection.

These were then discussed through their Whatsapp service (which is very helpful) and furthermore through a group call running through all the points I had (there were a lot of points of discussion) they went above and beyond with their own insightful points to aid my overall purchase and position.

Overall I am very satisfied with their service 5* from me.

My partner was the main contact, instructing Zaid to complete a building survey of a Victorian terranced house in East London. Zaid and ZFN was recommended to us by a friend, so we knew already that he was good. Zaid has been very easy to communicate with and he did an excellent, quick and smooth job. His report was easy to understand and detailed to the expected level (he had provided us with an example report before we committed). Zaid at zfn was absolutely fantastic I got in touch needing a report done straight away and they done they turned the report around within 5 days absolutely fantastic cannot recommended them enough. Will definitely be using in the future if ever needed.
