Highly recommend! ZFN were fantastic from start to finish. Zaid couldn't have been more helpful throughout and offered a very responsive, personal and friendly service. He was also happy to give me advice when I asked. I was able to book an appointment within a few days of my original enquiry and the final report came back within a week. Zaid and Fayyaz went above and beyond to try to accommodate my very late survey in my first house buying process.

They managed to slot me into their already busy week at very short notice, and I was extremely grateful and the speed in which Fayyaz called me back after the survey was done to let me know of any issues to relay on to my solicitor.

I also received my report ahead of schedule which was phenomenal. Genuinely one of the smoothest parts of the process when every other surveying company I had contacted didn't bother to make time for me.

I never normally write reviews, but these guys absolutely deserve it. They treated me like a person and not just another number, which was definitely not the case with other nearby firms I contacted.

I am a first-time buyer and was looking for a building survey to be completed as soon as possible. After doing some market research ZFN was the only one who were readily available and guaranteed me to do the survey as quickly as possible. They were also very competitive in their pricing and fees when compared to the rest of the surveyors I contacted. The report was comprehensive and had pictures of all the different parts of the flat clearly stating the issues and the estimated repair costs.

Zaid, the surveyor, was very professional, polite and friendly. In every step of the survey he kept me updated and was always available to answer my questions promptly via text or call.

Very thorough survey. Great value for money

Would recommend to anyone! Zaid was on text before we’d even chosen our surveyor, answering a million questions and putting us at ease. We noted a few things we wanted special attention with in the property and he texted us as soon as the survey was finished to put us at ease. The report was good, clear photos and description. We just found Zaid so easy to deal with and that extra communication sets ZFN above other surveyors, that and the good price.

I would highly recommend ZFN. They offered value for money and an excellent service, always available for any questions we had with speedy responses. They went the extra mile!

I contacted ZFN surveyors for a building survey for damage caused to a property. ZFN were extremely helpful and went out of their way to advise on a complex property matter relating to property damage and boundary wall issue. ZFN were professional, efficient and knowledgeable.
