Took out insurance and they want a black box set up they sent codes out but they don't work so we can't activate now getting told they are going to cancel policy...BUT CAN NEVER GET HOLD OF ANYONE ...YOUR ACTIVATION CODE IS WRONG.....ITS NOT WORKING......

Homemade have been fined by the Property Redress Scheme for failing to inspect a property they put my son and 2 friends in....!!! ...

However they keep flagging my review to get it removed as they dont want people to know the truth and keep threatening me with legal action if I do not remove...!

EDF HAVENT sent us our bills for 5th Dec and 5th Jan on the the app and instead sent us 2 incorrect bills saying we are in credit now they are saying we owe £1000 a month for gas and electricity this has placed us in £1900 debt and financial hardship and instead of dealing with us Karen Hubbard Operations Manager didn't you even contact us if she did she woukd have understood we were missing bills....but instead of doing her job immediately sent us deadlock letter they are now refusing to talk to us or change us onto a cheaper tariff....!! The stress and upset this is causing is ridiculous

Ford Epsom ......Van servicing department has got to be the absolute worst experience we have ever had with a garage.... rude staff who couldn't care less....!!

Jessica services manager called Thursday to say our Van was repaired however someone from Ford crashed into it causing damaged we were promised this would he repaired today, guess what no communication and Van still not ready.....!!!! Absolutely ridiculous

Saw the advert on TV, for 50% off went online signed up when to check out and it came to £47...gave me a £23 discount
However they then add £17.95 surcharge... so not 50% off at all
So total is £41 instead of £47
...so where is the 50% off....????

I was recommended by a friend, Daniel at the start promised best product regular contact etc....21st November and we still haven't received policy documentation from the exeter health insurance. I have emailed Daniel 3 times in December and nothing...... Unacceptable and very concerned with what we have purchased for £250 a month....!!!

We paid for a private GP who issued me with a private prescription.....£89 for 30mins £17 for prescription for 2 weeks of tablets...when I've explained we are going away for Xmas and need more tablets guess what they want me to book another private appointment and another private prescription more money.....completely money grabbing and do not care. Disgusting.....I wont be going ahead with taking out a £300 a month policy now......
** And as you can see from the reply they couldn't care less.....!!!
