This night away was night for a gift…

This night away was night for a gift for my husbands birthday.
On arrival the room wasn't ready so they have us a free drink while we waited.
Should've been in by 3 but was 3.40.. not too much to moan about tho.
Three room we was given was round the back by the car park.
When we got in it was freeeeeeezing and no amount of turning up the thermostat worked...we called reception and we were moved to another 'better' room... this was mildly warmer but still cold...but warmer than the last...we were told not to use the bathtub as the hot water didn't work in it... only just found out my daughter thought she paid for a room with bath... the first room didn't have one at all.... we didn't know what was booked until we spoke to her on return.
The rooms are so dark how on earth a lady is meant to do hair and face i do not know, I tried... there in no dressing table only mirror inside dark wardrobe, not near a plug socket for straightners if you wish to use.
The leather look floor didn't help with the cold either....
The toilet seat was broken and moved when sat on.. and yellow around the rim under it... the flush didn't work on one side... the bathroom was dirty... the fan was full of dust..it needs re vamping... the mirror opened and I thought was a cupboard but was a lot of wires hanging down so I pushed back and closed it....
Now.. the hairdryer was so twisted that the outer cable was split showing the wires in side...I took photos of all of this as I intend to get some sort of refund.
We had to sleep in the towelling dressing gowns all night to keep warm although the fan was on you had to touch it to gel if warm or not.
Woke up with headache due to this.
I was looking forward to coming here but would never return.
The Thai 12 course taster was ok... but not what I would call taste menu.. more like starter main and ice cream...mediocre
This was also a gift so expected topay nothing but was given a service charge bill of 25..
I would've come home that night but it was a 2 hour drive.
The staff were very helpful and polite.
The swimming pool was 12° so couldn't use and the bar areas very drafty....
Definitely a no from me.
4 in a bed would have a field day here....£325, one night no breakfast...
And not even a biscuit in the room.

I've been using bows for a few years…

I've been using bows for a few years now and only ever returned 2 items and it was my fault not theirs...all the clothes are amazing quality, their customer service is 2nd to none...ive called and the owner Ozay has herself picked up and dealt with my query..... when I did return the money was in my bank 3 days after...quick postage, 3 days is longest it's taken...I paid for years delivery and I do get more than my use from this as I order so much... wouldn't go anywhere else... and I think the lady that complained below has got the wrong company as that's just not like them they are all so helpful.

Complete crap..

Complete crap... myself and husband used the fat burner no change in the month that they say it takes.

Network selling from all the sales people... don't waste your money

Money grabbing and uncaring

Money grabbing and uncaring.
Avoid at all costs... the after care is nil.....my son did 3 out of 28 days .... they allowed him to leave and make train journey to London when he was so heavy on medication he doesn't remember the journey and they didn't tell us he left, my son did.
3 days for £7 000....
A cruise would've been cheaper.....he couldn't finish the programme but charged us for 28 days...
Avoid at all costs

Having read your reply I will pass your offer on to my son..
I still say that Michael amanda and Paula were really helpful.. that wasn't my complaint....it was about him being allowed to walk out and make train journey from Luton to London so heavily dosed up on librium he doesn't remember any of it...I should have been asked to collect him.

He was admitted to hosp in London the next day to carry on the librium programme.

Having paid for 28 days and only doing 3 I asked could we please be reimbursed for just 14 days so meeting us half way, you're still in pocket 11 days.

My daughter spoke to perry who was extremely rude to her and kept saying... your brother is an addict so he lies....all addicts do....
The PCP is run by addicts ...do they all lie then?..

You have now offered 28 days free.

It's not free tho you have £7000 from us and he was there 3 day's...

Regardless of any of the above, as a gesture of goodwill, your son would be more than welcome to return to PCP entirely free of charge for a period of 28 days to complete his rehab programme.
