Really difficult to find the correct…

Really difficult to find the correct contact number. Round and round on your website - infuriating! The various people that I spoke to were unable to help me and I find the whole process frustrating. Disappointed in EasyJet for not making it simple. Insurance is important and you have left me high-and-dry without any through no fault of my own. I will NEVER take out insurance with EJ again following this experience.

fence panels

Had fence panels delivered. Delivery was communicated via text in advance. Driver was on time, polite and helpful. Good price. Great service. Will definitely use Wickes again and recommend to others.

I was initially pleased with the service and communication.

However, communication went to complete radio silence when I asked procedure to return the item. My cats wouldn’t go near it! I'm left with an expensive box of uselessness.

Good… on second attempt

My original request was estimated to take 1-2 days but after day 5 I had to get back in touch, it was over new year tbf, from then on in service was quick and efficient.
