Don’t go

Took staff 10 minutes or so to attend to us when we walked in. Then got a table and was dirty. Took a member of staff 25mins to come over with the menus! By then we had logged online and placed order.

The floor was unbelievably disgusting. Crushed food pieces everywhere. Crumbs and bits of food. What a put off. The bathrooms were disgusting. My child refused to use it. Floors wet, toilet tissue everywhere on floor but none to be seen on toilet roll holders.

I then upgraded my child’s meal to large fries. To my surprise the “normal” fries and the “large” fries were exactly the same portion. When I questioned it with the staff member she tried to reassure me it was a bigger portion but she could see in front of her they were the same portion size!

Wouldn’t recommend it and wouldn’t be returning there any time soon. I’d rather have had McDonald

Don’t book

Awful! Had a staff member help themselves to our room at 11pm. Staff on site apologies but this wasn’t enough. We needed an explanation. Contacted head office via email and they said “we must have had a few too many cocktails” and we don’t even drink alcohol!

Don’t use them! Waste of time, money and taste buds!

Was told I’d get a refund for my horrible experience at your Wembley store! Still waiting for it…..

Again customer services don’t get back to you and the land line no one ever answers! What a joke

Appalling staff

Ordered a cake online for collection. Realised I didn’t do delivery so called up the Wembley store and asked if can be delivered to a restaurant for 6pm onwards.

First the lady I spoke to had no manners and lack of English. She said there aren’t any deliveries today and then told me to call back in 30 mins. So I did, she confirmed £10 for delivery and will be from 6pm.

5:15pm I had several miss calls from the branch so I called back. They had tried to delivery the cake but because I didn’t answer my phone they took my cake back. When I got a moment I called back. The 2 ladies I spoke to refused to give me there names. They hung up on my several times. Told me I HAD TO come collect the cake because I missed my delivery or they will throw it away because I had already paid for it. She said it wasn’t her problem anymore! She scream at me on the phone!!

I had no notification of cake being delivered before 6pm which was original drop off time. And the staff was just rude. Had me on loud speaker and I could hear them whispering in the back. I eventually recorded the conversation because it just got worse and worse. After mentioning I’ll be comparing to head office they then agreed to redeliver my cake but had the cheek to tell me it will be £20 for delivery and then went down to £15.

The staff told me “they are not allowed to give me there names, as a company policy”

They hung up on my several times and I had to keep calling to figure out whether or not I’ll be getting my cake or not! The cake got delivered to restaurant at 8:40pm!! At this point the little birthday girl had left!!

Your customer service states 24/7 and it isn’t! I called SEVERAL times and left msgs for call back and I got nothing. What a joke!

Disgusting! Never again will I be using cake box.

Have contacted your customer services SERVERAL times and no one has gotten back to me at all!! What a joke… 18th Dec and still waiting to actually speak to customer services!


Got told last Wednesday 18th I’d be getting a refund… I’m still waiting it’s the 26th Dec now

Don’t do it! Scam

Has been over a year Iv left them and I still get texts msgs to say I’m under there contract!! What a joke..

This company is nothing but a scam.

Still waiting for a call back from Wednesday

Called in to speak to “Thomas” who’s been “helping me” and still no call back!

Have resorted again to cancelling my direct debit. Have asked them for end of contract termination fees and still haven’t had anyone get back to me!

A complete joke if I must say!

More complaints than actual collections!

More complaints than collections

More complaints than collections!

Do not settle for this company. Dont have proper schedules, customer service or collections!

No one ever calls you back. Yesterday I got refused to speak to the person who was looking after my complaint. Take your money and they don’t care. Been waiting months now for a collection of sharps.

DO NOT GO FOR THIS AWFUL COMPANY

Highly recommend

Highly recommend! Was so happy with my mattress, pillows, duvet and topper! Super comfortable. Kishan was very helpful and knowledgeable. Our tempur mattress definitely gives us a good nights sleep! Would definitely recommend this store.

Don’t do it

Cancelled our flights from Mumbai to London while we was transiting.
No accomadation offered and no rescheduled flights.

Had to pay £4100 for new flights for myself husband and my 3yr old son. Plus 2 nights accommodation stay!

More lies and delays then actually helping us

Was suppose to fly back from Mumbai to London via Dubai on 17th April. Got to Mumbai came to check in and found out our 7:20pm flight was delayed to 9:50pm. Nowhere to sit and a very tired 3yr old! We got advised by the staff we could leave the airport and come back in closer to 9pm. So as directed because there was nowhere to sit at all! We left the airport. Came back at 8pm ish and was denied entry back into the airport! The security was adamant we had missed our flight, even though screen behind him stated flight was delayed! Our flight was then rescheduled to 1am Thursday 18th April! Then a little while later was announced it had been cancelled.

Flights didn’t get rebooked or rescheduled and we wasn’t given a hotel or accommodation to stay the night! Disgusting. Our flight was the only flight cancelled that day! All others was delayed but took off. Received email 18th morning today flights had been cancelled and would need to rebook our own flights in order to get home! No other options.

I paid for new flights £4100. And accommodation adding up to almost £6-700. I am out of pocket because emirates couldn’t re accommodate us due to negligence and unprofessionalism!

When you call emirate all you get is “please fill out the form online” so many forms to fill out they don’t even give you the right guidance as to which form would be best to try retrieve some of my funds back!
