Business relocation made simple
I have recently had cause to have dealings with a few utilities companies following a business relocation. If only everyone was as easy to deal with as Affinity. Everything made simple and everything efficiently dealt with. Thank you people!

My request for a reading was actioned and carried out within 24 hours, with the resulting refund being agreed and also actioned promptly.

Been chasing a refund for 6 months only to be advised account balance is zero but correcting invoices/ credit notes not received.

I needed to change an address of a business account. This was dealt with very promptly and politely by Joanne Bonner at Affinity. I am very happy with the service provided and would use the online contact again.
