Sean Halton
We had a problem finding our water meter as it was hidden by undergrowth and was quite a distance from our property. After we made several attempts to locate the meter, we had to call Affinity. Sean Halton - Customer Liaison Officer arrived and with lots of patience and experience he located it for us. He was a pleasure to deal with and was someone who just got on with the job in hand determined to resolve the issue, which he did. Credit to your company.
