Difficult to activate the insurance, and also unclear whether the tracker is actually active or not. The support articles are incomplete and I need to spend time on something that just should work. Positive is the insurance deal and concept itself. Feels safe to have biketracker, as long as it works!

The bikefinder customer service in Norway was very helpful when I struggled to connect my app to the device. Make sure that the demo mail adress is removed from the device, if you’re struggling with the connection.

I bought two, pre-owned BikeFinder units for our bikes. When attempting to activate them, I found both units still connected to their previous owners, and wasn't able to connect to them. Help from BikeFinder and contact with the previous owners solved the issues fast and now both units do what they should: Give peace of mind until needed. Battery drain is about 25% percent per week at the moment, so quite reasonable. Very happy with both the product and the aftersales service!

I like the the concept and that is why I bought this (hopefully I never actually need it) easy to install. The fact that I can track it and find it if someone steals it is fantastic. The app is why no 5 star rating. The app is glitchy and seems unfinished in my opinion, like it was thrown together quickly.

Es war und ist ein vollkommender Fehleinkauf.
Die App lässt sich zwar auf meinem iPhone 15 Pro herunterladen aber dann ist auch Schluss mit lustig.
Es kommt einfach keine Verbindung zweischen meinen Handy und dem Sender zu stande.

Best service ever

Der Akku hält leider nur 2 Wochen. Nicht so optimal, dass man dann jedes Mal den Griff abschrauben muss.
Bzgl. der Antwort auf die oben geschriebene kurze Bewertung folgende Ergänzung: Das der Tracker mit einer Powerbank aufgeladen werden kann, ist klar. Aber um an den Tracker zu gelangen, muss man den Handgriff vom Lenker demontieren, was ich nicht so optimal finde.
