I’m happy with this product however..
I’m happy with this product. The only thing is that I thought it would be properly hidden. It sticks out of the handle bar so people are able to see if you have this. And the lid can fall off! It has happened to me twice.

Thank you for your feedback, and we’re glad to hear you’re happy with the product overall! For better concealment, you can use handlebar covers (plastic or leather - not metal) to fully cover the ends. These covers can also help hold the lid in place if it has been used frequently and doesn’t hold as tightly anymore.

Flott produkt. Alt fra bestilling til montering er grundig og godt forklart. Det ble «plugg and play». I tillegg følger en meget god forsikring med, til en svært god pris.
Produktet inkl forsikring anbefales på det varmeste.

Worthless product and service provider.
When my bike was taken, the GPS showed me a location in the park (central Stockholm) where it should have been, but the distance was over 1500 meters. I spent two hours searching the park but couldn't get closer than 500 meters to the source of the GPS signal. The GPS on my phone was working great, and I could see my exact location within 10 meters.
I bought Bike Finder with 2 years subscription service and the bike was stolen after 1 year.
Not only did Bikefinder refuse to help me recover the fee for the remaining year, but after two years, they sent me a bill for another two years of service. When I pointed out that my bike was stolen a year ago, and they were aware of this, they only refunded me 90 percent of the amount charged.

Thank you for your feedback! We’re always working on improving battery capacity. That said, there are ways to optimize battery life, such as using the different tracker modes.
Typically, the battery should last between 2–8 weeks, depending on how frequently the bike is used.

I had initial problems with the device
I had initial problems with the device. Whilst waiting for a replacement Bikefinder responded quickly and positively, including postponement of my monthly subscription for the period. It was also very reassuring that Bikefinder followed up with enquiries for confirmation that the issue had been resolved and whether I needed assistance.

After the exchange the new tracker…
After the exchange the new tracker seems to work flawlessly and gives peace of mind to leave the valuable bike in the parking lot wherever you want.
The Bikefinder app also works well and gives a notification if the bike is moved even slightly and the tracker's battery lasts better than I expected.
Customer service took the situations into account and helped admirably with problems even though the delivery arrived in two installments...a small minus from that.

Good that its combined tracking and insurance to a low cost
I like the comfort of insurance and gps tracker that also gives an warning if someone just touch my bike. Only thing that i missing is a theft alarm but that is something that i can get in combination with a good bikelock instead
